While I have never had a horrible experience with this Starbucks, today I was extremely off put by an interaction I saw behind the counter. One girl in particular who I had watched make many drinks, seemed to have a second without drinks to which the manager turned around and loudly scolded her for having her hands on her hips. Twice, in front of customers. No praise for the work she did, only snapping at her the moment she had a second to breathe. As a manager myself, it’s an absolute no to intentionally embarrass my employees in front of customers. I came back later for my second drink and saw the girl still working, I let her know she’s doing an amazing job. I will still frequent this Starbucks, 99.9% of my experiences have been positive, but truly hope to see the manager do better in the future.

This place had taken over 25 minutes to make out drink . We’ve ordered before many people but yet their drinks come out first. Our drinks were small and we saw them only make venti drinks.

Lovely place! Every order is made amazingly and the service is spectacular. Even when there was some guy throwing up in front of us in line, they tended to him while also keeping the line flowing.

Pretty location within the basement of Plaster Student Union. My first fall semester at Missouri State University, I tried the Cordusio, which was new, but only temporary, to the menu, and I really liked it. It was named after Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Italy, where Starbucks had just opened a new store.And my first fall semester as a Missouri State Bear, I used to go here every Tuesday during my lunch break, between my lab section of Digital Film & Media Production and Intro to Film. It was one of my favorite parts of that semester, along with those classes.

Everyone who works here is so nice! Especially Stephanie! She always give the BEST customer service. It's one of the best parts of going there :) the drinks are always amazing and even though the line can be really long, it's always worth it!

Quick service even when there is a long line. The tapingo app does not seem to make it go more quickly unless there is a really long line. I used it yesterday and my drink was still not ready when the app alerted me that it was ready, and several people made it through the line. Prices are also lower at this location. Lines are shorter around 7am or after 9am. Summer hours and winter break are much shorter.
