This is my go to Starbucks in the morning cause they’re always so friendly and so efficient! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, even at peak times. Andrea runs this place like the Marines!

Had multiple issues with orders from this store, called and talked to Andrea , she wanted to make things right and hand delivered my drinks and told me she put me in a book for my next visit. I've been in the ICU for 18 days and came to get my drink , but Katelin said I wasn't in the book , said they don't comp drinks twice with an attitude and walked away when I still wanted to order . I said I still wanted a drink , so she turned around to give my order but wasn't pleased to deal with an issue. First I wouldn't know about a book or it being comped if I wasn't told that and second surely after all the chaos I've dealt with dealing with Katelin attitude this morning I will just use other coffee shops in town before ever coming back.

Just had one of the best drive thru experiences of my life. The workers all took the time to be personable and friendly, and take a second to really connect with me, which is genuinely so rare these days. I'll go out of my way to make sure I come here more often after this experience! :)

The staff at the drive thru window and the food was amazing this morning.
I went to this location for a doordash order. It said" if possible go to the front door" at 1st glance i didn't see the possibleity to go to the door do to the parking lot being small. I go to the window, the guy said just pull up and park ( after pulling around i saw a parking spot). While waiting the lady who came out to give the order had a piss poor attitude, saying that we have to go into the store to pick up and that I was holding up other customers. 1st to that lady lose ur bitchy attitude, also when the app says "if possible" we'll i 1st didn't see the parking do to the small lot.

In Springfield for a couple of days. Went here in the morning and got a hot Carmel brûlée and then late in the afternoon for an iced latte. I used drive thru both times, different people both times. Coffee was great, but people were less than friendly.
