Yesterday I went to the Starbucks near Battlefield Mall in Springfield,Missouri. Address: 2616 S Glenstone. Fact- I messed up my order! Me, not them. The young man at the window was so kind to me! He took care of the problem, even though it was my fault and told me it was no big deal. I left the establishment feeling good (even though I was embarrassed) plus the drink was amazing. As always! Fast service too!

i am usually not one to complain, but this morning was the absolute worst experience. i have been coming to this starbucks for forever. i’ve had the same order since i was 16. the employee handed me my coffee which was only half full & i asked why the cup wasn’t filled up. the lady who made it came to the window and said she couldn’t fill it up with milk because they couldn’t do that?? she then offered to fill the rest up with ice as if it wasn’t already packed with ice. i just ordered this coffee the other day and had no problems at this exact location. i figured she would have tried to make the situation better, but only made it worse with a terrible attitude. never coming back here.

All other starbucks in town are good. Service here is terrible. Always slow and get attitude when asked for a straw just for them to never get one.

I ordered delivery. I asked for three shots. I got a single. Thinking this was some sort of accident, I got my refund for the drink. I paid the extra for the drink again. I got another single. When I brought this to the attention of the acting manager today at 12:00, she told me that it was my fault that I got both drinks wrong. It's unacceptable to blame a customer for something misinterpreted by the staff.

It was so fun to watch the staff interact with one another at this location. These batistas truly enjoy their job and their manager.
The store itself was a kind of dirty and my order came out incorrect (I was served a white chocolate mocha rather than a normal one), but it was a good place to stop on a break from our road trip.

Kid-friendliness: The staff immediately noticed my little family come in and offered the code to unlock the bathroom quickly when they noticed we were headed that way.
