Dear Starbucks: you need to stop making customers demand cup sleeves and straws. Every other single coffee shop, locally owned or big company, doesnt do this. In fact, Dunkin and McDonalds, for example, have cups that are made to protect the customer's hand with built-in sleeves. Starbucks is a huge company and their job is literally to cater to customers of a hot drink - FIGURE THIS OUT! Stop making customers feel guilty for asking for something that every other retailer who sells hot coffee has already figured out a long time ago. This is silly and petty. I am honestly embarrassed for you. Focus more on improving customer experience and less on petty efforts to save half a cent that only tell the customer you dont care about their experience.

They accused me of saying the B word, which I didn’t. And then When I politely let them know I didn’t say that and they misunderstood me. The gal tried to intimidate me saying everyone heard me, so just confess. Of course, I then second guessed myself but Honestly - No I said “which” to my daughter on another item she was thinking of. Not the B word. I 100% didn’t appreciate them accusing and deciding they were correct, instead of listening to me. We won’t be going back to a place that is in your face and tries to intimidate
