The general manager is rude doesn't know what her menu said then tried to over charge my 70 years old grandmother and tried to argue with her when she was in the wrong the waitress had a teg that said trainer and did not know what the menu said and was rude. Nancy is the only great waitress on dayshift. The general manager did not want to correct her error and admit she was wrong and instead told my grandmother to never come back she's been going there for 25 years. She was extremely rude to a loyal customer. The food is decent it's not the best but my gramma likes it so I go with her they're are many way better places with much better food and way better people I will never go back. But I will contact the owner to let him know that Nancy is the only one that knows what the menu says.

They weren't open despite the website and Google saying they were, Katie warner decided to close the grills early on Saturday to get home early. This place is lying by stating they are open till midnight and will receive warnings of fraud from my lawyers.

Ordered breakfast through the drive-thru this morning. The Manager (per her name tag) took my order. She was seemingly put off that I asked for mayonnaise on my bagel. She never gave me my total, so I pulled up to the window. She disappeared for over 5 minutes. When she did come to the window, she barked my total at me and snatched my card. She handed me my grease-soaked bag and told me to have a nice day. No napkins. I will not go to this establishment again, since the Manager is rude and doesn't understand mayonnaise. My bagel was delicious, though.

I’ve contacted Steak ‘n Shake via website over 5 times and can’t seem to get my money back. Even though I never got my product.

So we went to eat here tonight and my son got a small shake and as he was half way done he noticed a hair which I thought was on the cup NO it was in his shake in fact there was 2 a smaller one on the other side ...I alerted the waitress about it and she then came back over and said unfortunately since you already paid the only thing they could do was take my name down and give me a free shake the next time we come in..I'll pass no thank you won't be going back there again!
