I understand if you're short staffed 😕 What I do not is not getting any orders right, making the same shakes differently, ignoring the people that are asking for something as simple as water, and acting like it's the patron's fault. Customers\patrons pay your wages! Remember that!

Rude staff. I was handed my food in a sealed bag, I asked for ketchup, she said it was in the bag. We got home and the $5 milkshakes were only half full. (They were handed in a drink tray and we didn’t pay attention.) Had I thought to take a photo of it no one would have even believed me. Oh and there was no ketchup in the bag.

I ordered online about 7:30 said it would be done at 8:00 I showed up at 8:00 order was not done. Since it wasn't done I asked if I could upsize my shake because I didn't realize I had ordered a junior The manager told me no I could not because it already been paid for when I was 100% going to pay the upcharge. And I thought to myself well at least my food will be nice and hot because I miss made it right no after sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for my food my french fries were cold like they'd said they're all day. Made a complaint online and I haven't heard a thing very disappointed.

Came in with my son for a fast sit down late lunch between errands and xmas shopping. Waitress was very polite and cheerful. Service was super fast. Food exceeded my expectations. The Butter burger I had was the best butter burger I've ever had from anywhere. I was also impressed with the available milk shake menu even though we chose not to get one on this visit.

I bought a homeless person a burger meal they loved it and so did I..
My friend and I went through the drive thru and the lady who took our order was very rude. I asked for no cherry on my shake and she said in a snarky remark “that she was making it so it won’t be on there” i ended up just brushing it off and thinking maybe she didn’t mean it that way. We then pull up to the window and she was handing me my friends shake. she said “here is your cookies and cream shake”. I then replied with “okay, does it have mint in it?” she came back with “well if you just look at it”. She told us since we ordered chicken we had to pull up which was fine. We proceed to pull up and she came out with our food. I then asked if we could get extra ranch and ketchup. she said the ranch was extra which i told her to not worry about that but can we please get some extra ketchup. she came back with “yes i can, but pull up to the door because its 30 degrees out here” it wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. she came back with our ketchup and as she was walking back inside she mumbled something which was definitely directed towards me and my friend but we couldn’t make out what she said. The way she talked to us was not okay in any way shape or form. I work in fast food as well and I never talk to a customer that way. How we were talked to by her tonight should not be the way you talk to customers.
