Love Steak n Shake! Especially the beef tallow fries! The shakes were amazing but sad they don't have malt anymore. The burgers were so yummy

Was seated right away but then sat for 15 minutes and left while other patrons who arrived after me were seated and waited on and still no server. Then a young lady approached every table but mine and ask about their experience. I did notice that there were about 6 tables and 3 waitresses. Either me sitting alone posed a greater task of service or maybe it was because I was the only person who wasn't white.

1st they mess up my burger by putting ketchup on it I ask for mayo only with pickles and lettuce and grilled onions the re made my burger but then again messed up by not putting the grilled onions on it the waitress never came back by and ask if everything was ok afterwards I had to ask for napkins I was just a little upset with everything usually at this location they are 5 stars I'm not to sure what happen today I guess the waitress was just to occupied with the new guy she just meet going on and on about how he's a Christian and she just don't know about him because she's not... showing me pictures of this guy on her phone and everything customers don't want to hear about your personal lives while they are here trying to enjoy their dinner then was upset because the only discount I got was my cheese sauce and grilled onions taken off lol ok I didn't even get offered a drink so yeah I don't suggest going after 3 anymore anyways thanks anyways won't be coming back to this location for awhile

First time at a Steak ' n Shake. Nothing really stood out about the food or atmosphere. The service was not great. They were more interested in getting us into a particular booth which we did not want. Staff was more interested in chatting with one another than service. Ended up asking for it to go. We were the only customers inside. Food was fine. Typical fast food flavors.
Food was absolutely disgusting the fries were cold i didn't get what i ordered we didn't get one of the milkshakes we ordered the milkshakes were horrible to we ordered through uber eats are driver was really polite to us and apologized for the wait we ordered at 6:30 and are driver said they were pushing people out at 6:30 when they dont even close until 10:00 so why the hell are they telling people to leave at 6:30 in the long run 10/10 would not recommend.

My tea was almost unsweet, my garlic burger had one small dab of garlic in the very middle ( and none on top like normal), and my boyfriend’s plain double bacon burger came with no bacon. Might as well have ordered 2 plain double burgers. :/ very unhappy after opening the bag at home. Was going to call but I’m not driving back, ate our plain overpriced burgers anyways, would just like to have staff pay more attention. And was given no straws to top off the annoyance
