Took forever to get order and they weren't busy. Finally got it but items were missing and made wrong. Ordered shakes to go and it took 15 minutes at least. Won't be back.

Ordered a Frisco melt 5 mins before close, Don't order food when they want to go home. Called and they said they will make it again another day. The drink came correct tho. Solid 2 stars as the fries were edible.

the food was delicious, but because of the service, the whole impression was ruined, a girl named Jessie acted as if we had come to eat for free, there was an empty room, but she managed to confuse our orders and put someone else’s order on my check!!! and did not speak friendly , I took a cola with ice even though we said no ice!!!

Bart is the worst cook of all time > Ice cold burgers. Buns are alway's raw when he is cooking, cheese is never ever melted. If you go when the tall redhead guy is not working it can be very good. Do not go during the day. I used to deliver for Grubhub so I know. I had nothing to do but sit there and watch this guy Bart. I actually asked for his name because he was so bad. NEVER EVER toasts the buns, always throws a cold piece of cheese on the patty and then serves it up. Terrible > If he is cooking it will be ice cold guaranteed. I actually went there last week when he was working against my better judgement and it was ice cold again. That guy sucks. He should not be working there. If you want a room temp burger with cold cheese go when he is working. The bun was raw right out of the bag as usual. TERRIBLE !!!!!
