Actually, I would give this place a negative 100 if it was possible.Went in to eat last night and had a not so nice server who said she couldn’t serve me decaf coffee because it was just 40 min until closing and the manager said it would be wasteful to make it…and that coffee was expensive…and this is after she took forever to seat us. We asked to see the manager who was very apologetic…but we left without eating. Harley the server had a bad attitude.
Returned tonight, 3 weeks after the above review, 2 hours before closing…again would not serve us coffee! Server said they were “out of coffee”, and if they were to make it, it would be too slow for them to sell it…so it would be wasteful.
We will never return!

Arik, was very pleasant from the start to finish. Not only was he polite he was a gentleman. It definitely makes for a better experience to deal with somebody that likes their job and this young man is going places! Hot fresh food along with a peanut allergy chocolate and strawberry shake. This young man deserves a raise! I hope he's running the kitchen.
Vegetarian options: French fries and shakes Heck yeah!!
Dietary restrictions: Could obviously make a very healthy nutritious lettuce wrap.
Parking: One entrance is a one-way only.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and comfortable chairs and seats known from past experience.
Don’t get takeout here. They forgot our extra sauce, forgot an order of fries, and it looked like they wadded up the Frisco melt before tossing it in the bag. Chili and fries that weren’t forgot both had to be reheated. Not happy but I guess that’s the quality of fast food these days.

My family and I decided we were going to stop for dinner after we enjoyed some Christmas lights. We have always loved this location usually during the lunch hours the service is great but today my family arrived at 9:00pm we didn’t leave until 10:30pm. After the waiter Damirko took our order he read it back to us and everything seemed correct. We ordered 6 meals 4 burgers and 2 chicken strips to drink we got 2 shakes for the kiddos. It took forty five minutes before Damirko arrived to our table with our drinks. I figured they were having a hard night so we continued visiting and enjoying our drinks. When Damirko finally arrived with our food fifteen minutes later after reading the order back to us he had 2 burgers wrong and had to take them back to the kitchen to get them fixed which took another fifteen minutes and never brought the shakes. To wrap things up our shakes did not arrive until the last five minutes we were there while we were eating our waiter disappeared into the back and we didn’t see him until we finished our meal. No shakes… Finally when we said something to the female waiter she delivered the message to Damirko and he literally grabbed the shakes from the table where they were sitting the whole hour and thirty minuted we waited and instead of offering to remake them he charges us $55 after telling us $45! The restaurant was a mess the floors were unswept especially at the table we were seated at and the fries were cold! The sweet tea was not sweet and everyone there was more focused on being social with fellow coworkers and all of their smoke breaks they were going to take in that hour and thirty minutes my family sat. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed I expected so much more from my favorite place to eat my lunch.
