We loved the fries and tots. Burgers are great, too. This is Not a self service Steak 'n Shake like some have become. Pleasant service. Busy place on a Sunday. We came at 11:40 and got a table. Some of those coming 15 mins later had to wait.

I just left Steak n Shake and I hope this gets to the owner. I am leaving this review primarily due to the nice young man working the drive through whom was very professional n great attitude. Sorry I didn't get his name but this review is about 15 minutes after I left. Keep up the great work n thank you once again. Ohh and the food is really good too

Got the Jalapeno Crunch meal. Doesn't taste the same like it used to. Not a big fan of the fries and how they changed. Really wish the new owners had held on to how the old owner Gary had things
