Stusquatch's Rockstar BBQ

The food is amazing! Uber had my driver all over the map and Stusquatch's must have known and responded in the background because my food was still hot and fresh when it arrived. The rib quarter was so tender and juicy. The pork sliders were amazing. We are going to visit the location and try the fried green tomatoes. This will be our new BBQ spot. Really good food.

Top 2 Que. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac, Potato Salad, and Sauces were perfect (10/10). Pork belly was also good (7.5/10).

I had heard of this place and finally took the opportunity to go and try it out. I brought along several co-workers and we all ordered a variety of items from the menu. I had a very positive experience, the food was great, the service takes a little while because they are preparing your food not reheating it or taking it out from under a heat lamp or microwave. The result was fantastic food, neat location, and everyone enjoyed the experience and food. We will all be planning to make several return trips. Thanks Stu!!!

Dude... What an amazing place. I flew out here to catch the Rysk concert nextdoor, but the crazy amazing smells wafting over from Rockstar BBQ had my stomach in its clutches. I walked in and was greeted by everyone and met Stusquatch himself!! I ended up having a good laugh at all the catchy names for the foods! Basket Queso 😂😂😂 What a delicious meal my brat and brisket soup was!!! Will definitely be stopping by again anytime I visit from Michigan!!

We were next door at the Where House Bar and ordered some dinner. The BBQ was amazing and came with your choice of sauces!! I was happy with the Carolina style and Raspberry sauces and he had the Blood Orange one! Their coleslaw was great and vinegar based, which I love! ♥️♥️ Definitely going back!

Amazing BBQ!!! Flavorful and great sauces to choice from! Not to mention the slaw....y'all they have vinegar based slaw that is great!!! Plus, great service....a perfect combination!! ❤️❤️❤️

Not even sure where to start the review since everything was so great. The owner and staff were extremely friendly. The food was extremely good. Definitely one of the best (if not the best) BBQ places in Springfield. My gf and I had cheese curds to start which were really tasty with their homemade ranch which was nice and thick and creamy. I had a pulled pork sandwich with bacon and onion tanglers. The pulled pork was great and didn’t have any fatty chunks like you sometimes get with lower quality places. I tried a few different sauces which were all really good with my top two being the maple bourbon and mango habanero. I had mac n cheese for my side which was really thick and cheesy so definitely a good choice. My gf had their burger which she said was one of the best in Springfield as well with their fries that had a nice seasoning on them. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to going back and trying the rest of their menu which all sounded awesome. Also, the rock themed naming was a nice touch. 🤘

We met Stu at a Supplement Superstore event and got to sample his BBQ sauce and he gave us a sample of his pulled pork, which made us come in for the real deal and it was so, so good. Their burgers are cooked perfectly, and we've been searching for a good burger that's not an overcooked hockey puck. Fries have a tasty seasoning, and the Mac is super good. Best ranch also!!

The brisket is the best I’ve had in springfield. Owner is super nice and so are the workers. Check this place out if you haven’t! Wish I would’ve discovered this place years ago! We also got happy hour $1 wings. Would’ve taken a picture of the brisket but the plate didn’t last a minute, it was that good!
