Stopped by due to the food truck park but then saw this place and ate some burnt ends. They were perfect! Outdoor seating and spicy sauce. You don’t need the spicier one, regular is just fine, trust me.
The “stoopid” sauce is insanely delicious. Maybe it’s just because I’m so used to spicy food but I’d love a “stoopider” or “stoopidest” sauce too lol. The flavors of everything were just fantastic
Got to try Stusquatch's Rockstar BBQ, at the route 66 festival today! It did not disappoint! Stu, Ashley, and Betsy were all super friendly and brought a great energy to the festival. The meatballs were the best I’ve ever had! Great quality of meat, and a prefect balance of spice and flavors in the sauce. The chicken wings looked delicious. I can’t wait to see them in store and try more off the full menu!
