Friendly employees make this an above average SUBWAY.
I mostly ordered online and they have always had my sub correctly made and ready by the time I get there.

The woman with dreads doesn't seem to have a very good attitude. Worse off shes burned every sub I've ever had toasted here. She gave my kid a cookie once seemingly out of kindness then tacted it to my bill without asking me if I wanted to get it. I've spend close to $100 in the last week either going in or ordering delivery here and never one time has the food not been hard as a rock. Don't know if it's just her or not the older gentleman seems to do just fine when I've seen him in. But someone's gotta redo the woman's training on several things or put her in back where her attitude isn't as noticeable.

Lady at subway was rude as hell i asked for the number 20 chicken bacon ranch sandwich she didn't put chicken or ranch just bacon and some veggies and i ordered 2 bmt sandwich my was not good she didn't put anything meat or cheese just Bacon and some veggies and very little black olives and the 2 sandwichs bread was overcooked she toasted the bread for a minute and not 30 seconds terrible service ever 0/10

Ordered online at like 9 pm, an hour before closing, but they didn’t even toast the sandwich and when I got there the staff was really rude.

Do you want to be treated like garbage? Come to this location! Just had the worst interaction I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The guy (I don't know his name, he never gave me my receipt or asked) was extremely rude for absolute no reason. I usually go to the subway at the PSU, but it was closed when I got there today, so I went to this location. If you want subway without the bad experience go to the PSU. The employees there are actually great!

Put in an order at 3 pm it’s 3:10 and the lady is working on peoples orders who are coming in
Apparently this locations store owner "makes their own rules" and does not take coupons but the one "down the road" does. Would be nice to know before we ordered.

This rating is pretty much to compliment the kid that took our orders. It was his first night closing by himself. He was super friendly and engaging which is getting harder and harder to come by these days. Not sure what your name is but keep up the good work.

I came here yesterday and service was ok but worker didn't seem happy to be there. The veggies looked awful like they've been out for days. After seeing the quality of food I almost didn't get any but I was hungry and needed something so I ordered a sub. This morning I've been sick and I'm almost positive it's from the food I ate here.
