lol, this place is such a joke. Used to be very good but lately it has been terrible. Ordered two footlong s through the app like I always do, and when we go home they were completely wrong. One of them was supposed to have only spinach, I kid you not she put 2 pieces of lettuce. When I called to see about getting a refund, she said to bring them in and remake them. She then tried to argue the whole time saying she made them right when we have proof.Please don’t work in the food industry if you can’t follow simple instructions, save us all the hassle. ?

Used to be our favorite Subway, but maybe new management? The young man making the sandwich was nice. But my sandwich was quite sparse. My autistic son's cheese sandwich was ridiculous. They charged us $1.30 for two extra tiny triangles of cheese. So this piece of bread with four small half slices of cheese would cost $5.69 without our coupon. Oh, and btw. They will only accept coupons for the build your own menu now.Vegetarian options: You will be charged a lot for just veggies
I don’t know who my server was but he was here 5/30/2023 at 7:24pm. This guy couldn’t care about nothing, no smiles, no eye contact wouldn’t stop to pay attention to what I was telling him at the cash register.Ratings: out of 10 scale0- Customer Service0- Sandwich Art0- Communication0- Positive Presence0- Life Motivation0- Sandwich StabilizingSandwich looked like someone threw the ingredients in a bag and shook em up. Dude barely put any lettuce in my sandwich which was a first for me at any subway location. Had some onions that where not fully cut and looked soggy and depressed on my sandwich, dude was slamming dishes and containers all over the place like excuse me you have customers present let them enjoy the over priced subs in peace. 10/10 would not recommend this location or this Sub maker causes I wouldn’t even call him a Sandwich Artist with the anorexic and depressed sub he made me. Sub looked like it had been working a 9-5 and hated his life.At the end he did check on us and how our food tasted.
