I went in and got two sandwiches November 3rd one of them I needed a special request (for a picky eater) and the girl that made my sandwich went ballistic, she didn’t have a name tag on but she’s short with short black hair and multiple facial piercings. She threw the cheese yelled at me I had to turn around and make sure the people behind me were seeing this too and they were in just of a big shock like I was. I even told her never mind if it’s going to send her that far over the edge over a sandwich. Needless to say I won’t be going to this location again.

I'm only here to give props to Kelly working tonight 6/29. He was the only one working after a storm and power outages. He was extremely busy and did such an amazing job. He was polite, kind, patient and fast! He deserves a BONUS. At minimum! He did such a great job under pressure!

The employee was kind and courteous Our order was made quickly. The store is very clean. All ingredients were fresh!!!
Live right around the corner and come here pretty often. Probably won't be back. I believe this place suffers from a management issue. The employees are almost always initially rude but after speaking with them it's always due to being underprepared, understaffed or alone. Many of the workers are quite nice and make my food well but whoever manages this place needs to help the employees more.

The girl that was working. Blonde with glasses around 2pm on Wednesday May 22nd. She was so sweet and helpful. I have allergies to mayonnaise (eggs) and always feel stupid having to ask them for a really clean knife (no residue) - sometimes people get frustrated and seem annoyed. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed and had a conversation with me while working and not even slowing down. I just wanted to say i typically hate Springfield, but she made me not hate it as much thanks to her in a little sandwich shop.

Very rude employees. They were annoyed by our presence. Like you chose to work here not me. I got a ftlng ham and they surcharged 4 dollars. Why? I waited 1 year to try Subway again after my last experience and once again it was horrible.
