I'd leave a negative 1 if I could. It's only 3:18 pm and they have no pizza nor any pretzels apparently none was taken out the night before. I had no time to eat anywhere else we had to settle unfortunately. One side of my bread was so hard I could barely tear a bite off highly disappointed is a understatement and the lady making the food DISGUSTING COUGHING ALL OVER HER GLOVED HANDS just ew I could not even enjoy my food!!!

The young lady that worked 11/8/25 opening shift did not show any interest in working at all. My customer service expectations are in the pits of hell these days and even she surpassed that. No greeting, barely any interaction at all, she threw my sandwich together like I was inconveniencing HER for ordering. Then at checkout she threw the receipt on the counter and walked away. However she DID say “have a good day” as she hustled her way to the back out of sight. I got in my car and took a bite and as expected it was disgusting, I took two bites and threw it away. She literally threw these ingredients on the bread and smashed the sandwhich together with no care and it tasted like it.

Almost every time I visit this Subway, I consistently encounter food service workers who genuinely care about how customers feel about their food.
On more than one occasion, I've had the employees here provide suggestions that were actually really good. The one a lady suggested today turned out well. I remember the guy giving me a good suggestion in the past, too.
As crazy as it sounds, ive gotten better quality suggestions from this Subway than most we'll established restaurants...this means they actually care...
Qualities like these often go unnoticed in the food service industry, but it’s rare to see employees in such roles demonstrate this level of care and initiative...

A different location inside a walmart thought it would be a good idea to ignore the customers in front of them, me, for an app order! Over priced BS! Done just done!

This place has gone down hill. I ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki salad with extra meat and veggies and got no extra veggies, and no chicken at all. It also was half full. Skimped. Also I ordered a wrap with extra everything and guack. Got no extras, and no guack. Also it was sloppy and half wrapped and falling apart. Also ordered a foot long cold cut with double meat and didn't get it. This was ordered online and the Door dasher also threw our food on the ground and acted as if she was on something. Over all this was a rip off and not what we expected. Also when we called the person who answered acted as if she didn't care and told me no manager was on site and I would have to call back tomorrow. ?
