This place has gone down hill. I ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki salad with extra meat and veggies and got no extra veggies, and no chicken at all. It also was half full. Skimped. Also I ordered a wrap with extra everything and guack. Got no extras, and no guack. Also it was sloppy and half wrapped and falling apart. Also ordered a foot long cold cut with double meat and didn't get it. This was ordered online and the Door dasher also threw our food on the ground and acted as if she was on something. Over all this was a rip off and not what we expected. Also when we called the person who answered acted as if she didn't care and told me no manager was on site and I would have to call back tomorrow. ?

Normally I don’t like eating the bread from subway cause it’s hard or stale. This subway the bread was so soft and rich in flavor!!!

Sandwich maker was switching from pos system to making sandwiches without ever re-gloving or washing hands. Pretty ridiculous

If you don't mind weaving thru the carts and occasionally being hit by them then this place isn't bad. They need to go bad to carts going upfront and not allowed in the store
The girls i met at the Springfield Walmart Subway was kool. They was friendly and fast. It was clean too. They said they liked working at Subway. That you dont hear everyday. The boss must be good.

On 3/28/22 at 4:21pm I decided to bring two of my mentally challenged clients and another staff with me so we could get something to eat. When it was our turn to order I was making sure that my client knew what she wanted before she went up to the counter. But instead of being patient the man told all of us that it would be easier if we all ordered at the same time but we told him that some of us haven't decided what we wanted yet but then continued to rush us anyways. My client told him what she wanted and I repeated some of what she said since sometimes she doesn't talk loud enough for people to hear. Instead of being patient again he kept repeating the questions in a not so friendly tone. This resulted in my client getting frustrated and then later had a behavior to which then the man rolled his eyes and gave my client a disgusted look. This whole experience was completely horrifying because as a caregiver I try to make sure that my clients are treated as equals and to see the way my client was treated by an employee was heart breaking. Also this man appeared to be training someone and he was being very impatient and rude to them as well.
