Apparently this location knows they can’t get orders right! Why else would their phone number listed be for a Toyota place in West Plains? Can’t really blame them, I wouldn’t want a lot of hungry customers calling angry because their delivery order is not even close to what was ordered either!

Came here because we had just gotten coupons but was told this location doesn't take coupons. You're a franchise that benefits from national marketing and advertising campaigns. How can you exclude yourself from accepting coupons? If we hadn't been hauling furniture, we would've gone elsewhere. No coupons = no tip. Won't stop here again.

I ordered a ham and turkey on multigrain with spinach, pickle, green pepper, banana peppers, cucumber, mayo and pepper jack. She asked me twice what kind of cheese and still got it wrong. I got provolone instead of pepper jack. I haven't been to any subway in a few years. I was shocked at the price. $8.64 for a 6 inch.

The bread was stale and our veggies were all soggy, the booths were even more disgusting all the tables we went to were sticky and had food on the floor and crumbs everywhere. We had to clean off our own table just to sit down, the employee was also very rude and huffed after each sandwich she had to make. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Typical sub shop. Stand in line, make your order, move down the line choosing your sandwich vegetables, move down to pay. Choose a seat or take it to go.

Vegetarian options: Dont have to order mear at all...lots of vegetables available, even mashed avocado.

Dietary restrictions: Several lighter mear options, lots of vegetables.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lot has a spot designated for handicapped. Adequate width door at entrance.

They forgot part of my order then proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault. Basically they told me they didn't verify the order because I didn't park in the curbside spot (make your sign bigger) food looks rushed. I won't be coming back to this location
