I cam in and nobody came up to help me. I even said hello. I could hear the girl in the back washing dishes or something. She even walked in front of the door several times and just ignored the fact I was waiting. Honestly I didn't want to give 1 stars but it required me to do so. ?????

This subway is the best subway I have eaten at. The service was the best. There is a lady there she had a unicorn hair band on today don't know her name. She made my salad exactly how I wanted. It was the best one yet. There lobby is very clean. I was really satisfied with lunch today. I want to give a big thanks to subway.

Melinda the manager, should be the GM of both of this owners stores. However, she is not. She will make sure you the customer is taken care of. Bless her heart she works so hard to keep the dishes clean and safe for your food and does not cut corners. The only reason this store gets a one star is because they do not accept coupons which is the owner Sean Strauss fault. Blame him, not her. Shannon the gm is telling people to do things half way, which is not the right way. Defenetly go here and not kearney and glenstone walmart.

I wanna say this location is the best I've been to in Springfield so far. The employees were nice, the restaurant was clean and the ingredients actually looked fresh for once.Parking: This location has a fair amount of parking free but getting out, if you need to turn left it's a nightmare. Right turns only for your sanity.

One can't go wrong eating at Subway. This restaurant is my Subway stop.
Sandwich maker didn't ask if I wanted to toast the sandwich and one of them I did not and toasted both before it was to late and I was going to use a coupon and there was a sign at this location that they don't except coupons. Which was my point I wanted to go! So what is the point of printing coupons to use Subway if your stores don't honer them?!

The food is fine. They don't accept coupons so most of the meals aren't a great deal.

Very good customer service! The menu just had changed it was very busy that day and the staff managed to get us through the line fast, the food was made right, and the staff still found time to keep up with the cleanliness and stocking. I was highly impressed.. the staff working around 12pm on the first of July was truly impressive. Definitely let them know I appreciate the good customer service under all the pressure that day
