My sandwich was fantastic it was clean I was overcharged for my order the counter girl Brenda told me I'd my cookies separately & it cost more that way which I had not done she said there was nothing she could do I told her to void it and wring it up again she said the manager had to do it so she called her told me she was on her way couldn't give me an eta for her just had to wait I after a few more rounds of Brenda's nasty attitude blaming me I left without the cookies went to get ice in my large cup she called to we're out of ice. Great. Selling beverages with no ice. Called today the asst Mgr told me she'd put part if the $ back on my card but was unable to put it all back and that I could come in and pick up me cookie I'd still paid for. Rediculous!!!! Even the managers are useless. I told her so no compensation for all this crap I went through at subway? She didn't answer. Needless to say I'm through w this subway.
The people were nice but the guy took forever and barely put anything on the sandwiches
I had a great experience at this Subway location. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, making our visit pleasant. My wife and I ordered three footlongs through the app, and they were prepared promptly and accurately. The establishment was also very clean, which added to the positive experience.
Overall, this location provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be returning!
They charged extra for turkey, which I didn’t even ask for extra turkey! Worst experience ever . And I wasn’t about asked about how long my bread was. I wanted 6 inch but I got the biggest size . . They didn’t ask if we wanted footlong or 6 inch they just went for the biggest size …. You GUYS can’t just pick on what bread . You need to ASK. Never will come back

I love this subway! This is a super clean place. Very efficient, and I enjoyed talking to the two ladies while making my order (separate days). Food is always on point, hot and fresh! The workers here are very helpful.

We stopped eating at Subway's because the one's here are so bad, but this one has the perfect staff and for the last 4 times has been awesome. The food was made perfect, the restaurant was clean and employees were Awesome.

Not a good place to work was harassed and cursed at by Debbie (no corrective actions were taken because she's friends with store manager and watched her kids sometimes) was asked by store manager to work off the clock... store manager also is very strick with not eating "free food" unless it's her Cole or Tammie ... Everyone else has to pay also store manager has her children on FaceTime instead of appropriate child care heard her yelling and cursing at them (I am also missing part of my pay I will rectify that with the Business bureau ) I hope the owner sees this and it helps them I am in a position where I'm financially secure but if this was my source of income I'd pay attention... I quit without any notice because I don't have to nor would I ever work off the clock as someone who's been a business owner I've never asked or aloud working without pay ... You can review the last interaction between myself and store manager if you'd like proof ... Have a great day
1st time here a older lady took care of me. She was in back doing work. She washed her hands donned gloves and it was great! Came back today. A younger guy working. I waited 15 min while he was in bathroom. Then he walked from bathroom straight to the counter. Did not stop to wash his hands.
I could care less if he washed his hands in the bathroom. How he open the doors to the bathroom and kitchen? That is why you wash your hands twice! Once again before handing food.
I walked out. Not going back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Working in food service before myself, I know how a restaurant should work or fast food. I don't appreciate the long hair that I pulled THROUGH my sandwich on my only lunch break for 10 hours. Let alone can't return it because my husband picked it up for me with our 2 small kids. The attitude I got today for asking for herbs and cheese bread because they were out at 10am is ridiculous. Wear the hair nets.

I ordered on the mobile app, the food was ready quickly, hot and fresh when I picked it up. I did not get the name of the woman at the counter, but she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to be more than helpful.
