I ordered on the mobile app, the food was ready quickly, hot and fresh when I picked it up. I did not get the name of the woman at the counter, but she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to be more than helpful.

On New Year’s Day the employee they had working in the morning time was an absolute delight and definitely made my visit worth the drive.

They usually don't restock things and either have to go get what you want (and sigh about it which you wouldn't have to do all this if you'd just restock -kinda the job-) or the product is old like brown lettuce/onion or like the world's smallest tomato slices known to mankind. Never get a numbered sandwich because they not only don't know it and thus you will not get that sandwich - but then they upcharge you for the price of that sandwich without giving you the extra meats and cheeses. Basically not a great subway. Idk what's going on with every place in town but workers don't want to work every place is charging more and people who work to make money don't want terriblebly made food for high cost - something's gotta change either hold employees to standards or get some robots, if you have to pay them more for standards do it or if you get robots I'm not paying as much for a sandwich...pick one.

I spent over $30 On Two sandwiches in the store. And had to remind the employee that the Mexican sandwich had avocados on it, and then he got an attitude. The lettuce had brown spots, and I asked for fresh lettuce. But apparently that was asking too much But what really blew these 2 young men's minds is when I asked for napkins because they were out on my side of the counter. they wadded up a couple napkins and handed them to me. I'm not sure what the policy is on snacking out of.The area they keep the fresh food. But they were poping something in their mouth every time they walk by. I think it was the chicken they were eating. The employee Did inform me that they're losing a lot of business. Because Of the price of their sandwiches

We’ve gone to this Subway for awhile now. The last couple of times, we’ve been SO impressed, especially with Cole(one of the servers) he is so clean, tidy, calm and cool. He washes his hands after making every sandwich!! The restaurant and bathrooms are so neat and clean!! We drove all the way back from Eureka Springs to go to this particular Subway because it’s the Best!!!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. The veggie sandwiches are delish!!!

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Ordered a salad but there's no greens in it! The bowl itself is only half full total & only a quarter full of lettuce/spinach. They didn't cut up the tomatoes or bacon so I guess I'm going to take it to-go & cut them up myself? Toasted the bacon and chicken but clearly not long enough because it's still cold. Gave me the wrong dressing. Won't be back
I get that it’s hard to find help these days and you’re trying to be all inclusive but please have some standards . I feel like I walked into a death metal drag show. Have some standards. Texting in their phone on the front line .. and gloves are not a replacement for hand washing . I never saw them wash their hands the entire time . I get that trans is the in thing right now but can we have some standards for fake stiletto nails poking through the guys gloves . What happened to people and standards at work .

Does not accept bills over $20 which is a silly policy. Staples sells markers to check for counterfeits for like $5. Only giving two stars because the person who took my order and made my sandwich was good. But I'm not returning to a place that can't be inconvenienced for 10 seconds and $5 to check for a counterfeit bill.
