Still waiting on a refund on a "Oops our mistake sorry about that" sandwich they wanted us to drive on opposing side of SGF to collect a sandwich they forgot to place in a bag. Was told to contact Corporate rather than have item delivered or issue a simple refund. Will remove this review once Corp contacts me and issues the refund on behalf of this careless store.

Older lady working there accused me of stealing an online order sandwich when I grabbed the one with my name on it. Was even wearing my work uniform with my name on it. Very unprofessional and should probably have a better way of verifying whose picking up online orders.

I had a coupon for 2 foot long sandwiches for 13.99, we ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a Philly. After getting up to the window to pay, they inform me that I could not get the chicken bacon ranch on that coupon and I looked on the coupon and it didn’t say anything about the chicken bacon ranch, not being included, but there were others and I told him that and he said it’s a store policy it wouldn’t be on the Coupon.

A Long story Short version! Placed order. Discovered no wallet. Returned to apartment. Returned to Subway. Warmed Meatball Marinara Sandwich waiting for us! Sat fown to eat. Couldn't find knapkins. Sort of hidden out of sight, not at the drink bar with the rest of the accessories. Dispite being listed on the on-line Menu no coffee or ice-tea. It was neat and clean place. There were no customers, just us and two clerks. I guess that Sunday late afternoon is not their busiest time. The crew were polite and repeated their responses to my questions/reaquests. I have poor hearing at best now at 93. But Subway is our go to, and always will be our sandwich shop. I really miss the Seafood sub. Was very sorry to see dropped from the svailable items!

Ordered online and picked up. The sub was still warm, the curbside pickup was SO FAST. Like 30 seconds from checking in they were out there. The person was super nice and smiley. Food quality was so good and very fresh.

This is one of the best Subway's in the Springfield and surrounding area. The food quality is good and consistent and their menu has a good selection of food and beverage items to choose from. Their prices are reasonable and they honor the monthly Subway mailbox coupons I receive. The staff is friendly and helpful and they recently upgraded their dine-in area. I've been a customer at this location for four years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Bread was hard as a rock. I can knock on it and it sounds like I'm knocking on a rock. This was after asking for the freshest white bread you have, which you replied, it's all fresh. If this is fresh, it's way over cooked. Not a good sandwich at all.

Whenever they honor the buy one get one free deal, I find myself visiting this Subway, which is among the better ones in town. The employees were friendly and followed through with my special request to hollow out the bread and load it generously with vegetables. The interior boasts a modern design and is well-maintained. However, accessing the location from National Street can be slightly inconvenient due to a steep incline.
