Probably the best Subway sandwich I've had since I worked for Subway! The people helping with me were so nice and made my sandwich perfect! I hit the drive through and im pretty picky so I was a bit anxious, but they did not disappoint!!

This was the worst subway I've ever had I ordered no jalapenos in my sandwich was filled with them I ordered one of the power balls and it looked a mess when I got it it appeared as if it had been frozen or kept too cold for too long everything was mixed together there was no layering and it just looked horrible I ended up throwing it away it was definitely a wasted money and dinner time

We had a coupon for three footlongs. I asked prior to ordering if the sandwiches we wanted were covered under the coupon and they said yes, so we proceeded to order. When we went to pay it costed the same price as if we didn't even have the coupon. It was a rip off and we didn't even order any drinks, chips or cookies. The staff was rude and didn't seem organized at all.

Still waiting on a refund on a "Oops our mistake sorry about that" sandwich they wanted us to drive on opposing side of SGF to collect a sandwich they forgot to place in a bag. Was told to contact Corporate rather than have item delivered or issue a simple refund. Will remove this review once Corp contacts me and issues the refund on behalf of this careless store.

Older lady working there accused me of stealing an online order sandwich when I grabbed the one with my name on it. Was even wearing my work uniform with my name on it. Very unprofessional and should probably have a better way of verifying whose picking up online orders.

I had a coupon for 2 foot long sandwiches for 13.99, we ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a Philly. After getting up to the window to pay, they inform me that I could not get the chicken bacon ranch on that coupon and I looked on the coupon and it didn’t say anything about the chicken bacon ranch, not being included, but there were others and I told him that and he said it’s a store policy it wouldn’t be on the Coupon.

A Long story Short version! Placed order. Discovered no wallet. Returned to apartment. Returned to Subway. Warmed Meatball Marinara Sandwich waiting for us! Sat fown to eat. Couldn't find knapkins. Sort of hidden out of sight, not at the drink bar with the rest of the accessories. Dispite being listed on the on-line Menu no coffee or ice-tea. It was neat and clean place. There were no customers, just us and two clerks. I guess that Sunday late afternoon is not their busiest time. The crew were polite and repeated their responses to my questions/reaquests. I have poor hearing at best now at 93. But Subway is our go to, and always will be our sandwich shop. I really miss the Seafood sub. Was very sorry to see dropped from the svailable items!
