The employees were friendly and followed through with my special request to hollow out the bread and load it generously with vegetables. The interior boasts a modern design and is well-maintained. However, accessing the location from National Street can be slightly inconvenient due to a steep incline.

Went in today waited 10 minutes utes my bad I should of left. All around bad service, and terrible food. I never rated sub way bad, but your down hill, no more gjys. You won't go broke from just me , take 3 guys like me times 2 times a day you'll go broke.

I’ve been going to this subway for over a year, since it’s across the street from my work. The regular employees are absolutely amazing they are very friendly and always make sure your food is correctly prepared to your liking, But sometimes I’ll come in and there will be some new faces, this was the only time I’ve had an issue with this subway. Josh was his name, my last few visits Josh has not been the best. Josh has a terrible attitude towards customers, prepares food with such little care, I feel rushed every time he helps me. Today I came in and asked him a question. “Who’s working”? Josh respond with an attitude “Do you want me to give you a list” I was shocked to hear that response considering I just walked in the door. He never knows how to prepare the menu options, always will get something wrong or when you ask him for something he just forgets it completely, the portions are not right at all either. I also noticed a wasp in the lobby and when I brought it to his attention he shock his head yes and walked away. Josh needs improvement in his behavior and how he prepares food. I will be constantly returning to this location because everyone else is so nice and always has a smile but not Josh. Don’t be like Josh.

My niece went to the drive thru and ordered roasted chicken no bread bowl for me. when I removed the lid, I was surprised to see a half bowl of food. she asked them for mozzarella cheese but was told they don't have it. there was only some lettuce with chicken and provolone - toasted. my salad was toasted! when I order thru Grub Hub, there are certain ingredients that come with it. none of that was on my salad. RIPPED OFF!
So I have a problem with the price. Today I bought a ft long steak and cheese with only light lettuce, 3 cookies and a drink and was charged 18$. Guys not long ago that same meal was 13$. Ya'll are crazy charging that much for a plain sandwich.I want to be clear, the staff when I asked was kind, and I have no problems with anybody there they were great.To whoever is reading this, go somewhere else and spend your money better like I will be. At Dominos I can get an extra large pizza with 3 toppings and dessert for 17$ and that will feed 5 comfy. Sonic I can buy a double cheeseburger, tots, and a milkshake for 12$.Subway has completely lost any value for me being priced so exceptionally high. I expect to pay extra for it being fast food and not something I'm just making at home but come on ya'll lost your minds Subway.
