I forgot I don’t come to this subway anymore because they charge you for the double cheese when you order a numbered sandwich but they don’t put 8 pieces they only put the standard 4. Luckily they didn’t forget to charge me for my bacon! I asked for my sandwich to be double toasted, it got toasted for maybe 10 seconds, the bacon on it I know is precooked but had no toast to it at all, looked like it does in the pack. Let alone the bread wasn’t toasted at all. Also I absolutely HATE when they ring you up with their gloves on and then don’t switch them when they continue making your sandwich. Luckily there are subways all over town!

My husband ordered a salad to bring me at work on 8/3/24. He asked for the turkey to be cut up which has never been an issue at any location before including this one. The manager on duty adamantly refused, stating they " do not serve chopped salads. They turn sandwiches into salads." Absolutely rude and unprofessional. This location was the most convenient one for my work but they are everywhere. We will no longer frequent this one because some young lady preferred to prove a point over customer service.

Everything was great. I was surprised, as my view of Subway had diminished over the years because I never went and watched YouTube videos about their downfall. However, I had a wonderful experience. Friendly people, good options, vegetables were wilted, soda was mixed correctly unlike some other places I've been to around town. Local classic rock on the radio even. No complaints.

My mother in-law and I was visiting my husband in the hospital at James River. We decided to order Subway. We picked up four sandwiches,chips cookies and three drinks. I have to say it's the best Subway I ever been to.Everything was perfect. I think the lady who was working might have been a manager. She did such a awesome job. Everything was fresh and made just right.I think that the only thing that might have been wrong was the bottled soda could have been colder but really other than that everything including her timing on are food being ready was so excellent.I hope you keep this lady around.She made a very good first impression for this store.

Our server was focused on making our family the best sandwiches. He did not disappoint! That was with out a doubt the best sandwich I've ever had.
The guy at the counter was there by himself, slinging sandwiches out the door left and right. I had 4 people in front of me when I first showed up here, and I went to the restroom, and then there was only one. Incredible effort by that employee by himself, with no help in sight.

Went in on Friday night, Hanna was the only one working but she was extremely friendly and patient with me while i figured out what i wanted. While eating in the lobby i saw her work with 2 or 3 other customers and all of them left with a smile on their face! i’ll definitely be coming to this subway from here on!

Arrived 11:15 am. Store was not even close to being preped. Only offering white bread. No Turkey or American cheese preped. Ask the young lady if they were busy.... she said " no not really" Maybe some manager oversight is needed.
