I showed my coupon before ordering and they said its valid and work. After I got my food they charged full price and say sorry coupon cannot use.

A review for Subway? Normally, I wouldn’t bother. We all know what a Subway is, but this experience was exceptional.
Newly remodeled, wonderful service and attitudes in everyone at the store, clean, and a great sandwich. Management is doing something right.

I just wanted too get on here to shoutout Miss Tia. Very very sweet girl who helped me help others Tia will welcome you in when you walk in with a face that says im happy too help. The man with her has also been very kind everytime im in there good job guys 👍

This was one of my favorite places to come to. The staff was usually on top of taking care of their customers. Yet when we came, both employees were only focused on online orders, didn’t even acknowledge us. We stood there for like maybe 10 minutes before we finally were greeted. When we asked for the type of sandwich we wanted, the man goes no sorry, the order we just finished used up all we had. Like seriously? Make sure to have enough to go through the day. Don’t waste your time here. We went to GoodCents instead and were treated amazingly. We even got free cookies!

Very friendly service. Only one employee doing her job with a smile on her face. She got it done in no time.
Parking: We were able to park just steps away from the store entrance.
Kid-friendliness: The employee waited for the ten-year-old to tell her what she wanted and made the sandwich precisely to her specifications. She took the time to do this and make each child feel special.

My husband ordered for us for pick up on the app. We were quoted 15 minutes for it to be ready. It wanna ready 20 minutes later. When we did finally get it and get it home to eat, my sandwich barely had any meat on it and no lettuce at all. It was the least satisfying sub I've had in a long time.... Very disappointed

The guy that was helping me kept looking on his phone why I'm not sure. I had to repeat the order a couple times due to lack of acknowledgment. Then a lady came in with green hair and we'll she really didn't care. I gave her my coupon like every one did in front of me and mine would not work and I had the correct amount and it was over the coupon total and told her no here is the amount for the coupon she didn't take it so I didn't take the sandwiches I ordered and told them I was going to call Corporate and she said go ahead call them like really you must love your job to tell customers to go ahead call the big company on your store.

Management is a joke, they throw all the work on there new minor employees, alow employees to be bullied by other employees, can't make a functional schedule. Mmmm what else broken restrooms, no air and much more.... And the girl Amanda needs to stay off the drugs(it obvious) There's Sabrina who is in an abusive relationship, can't work with men and talks about it in front of customers. They just fired 2 employees that where actively making there store better.. Come on do better!!

We called here on July 5th asking for a donation for a search party for a missing girl in Springfield. The young girl answering the phone hung up on our volunteer. Called back she hung up again. Third time we called to speak with a manger. The young gal said stop calling we are not interested hung up while she was laughing. This was a serious community situation. Our network was willing to split the cost with the store. To treat an elderly volunteer trying to serve the community in such a way was ridiculous.
Go to Goodcents Deli they donated 60 sandwiches and refused for us to pay anything. In addition better quality very friendly staff.

They have been making their employees work without AC! IMAGINE WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOUR FOOD, WHEN THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESTAURANT OR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY!!!
