COMPLETELY messed up my online order. My bread was so soggy it just ripped apart when i picked it up.
I tried to call to see if ain’t could have my order remade but they continuously ignored my calls. Terrible service overall.

After waiting for the lady to try and fail at prioritizing her tasks then wait for her to decide if she was going to help me or not she then proceeded to make online orders instead. Then I had to tell her what kind of bread I wanted 3 times and what size twice before she decided to go back to online orders and told me to hold on she was busy. I just left. Good luck getting your lunch here. I went to McDonald's down the street.

we’ve gone to this subway a lot and never had any issues with the staff but we were there at 3:00 on march 9th and the lady working was helping people in front of us when we noticed that she had been wiping her face with the gloves she was wearing to serve food, coughing without covering her mouth and moving her hair out of the way with the gloves as well; i had politely asked her to change her gloves and wash her hands and she gave me sass but complied, however she didn’t use any soap. she should really put her hair in a bun or a hair net because while she was bending over to grab stuff for my sandwich her long braid was all in my food. we will be coming back to this subway but if she’s there we’ll go to a different one.

By far the worst location in town. Every time I go there’s a super long line which takes at least 20 minutes minimum no matter what time of day. They always mess up the food. They offer to fix it but after wasting so much time in line they know you’re going to say no because it’s already taken so long. They play Christian music which does not make it an inclusive place for people of different religions.

The lead worker overcharged me and was disrespectful and condescending when I was asking why I was being overcharged for what I ordered. She was also rude and demeaning to the young woman who was training. Very disappointed because I usually have a good experience here, don’t know if I will return to this location.

Cashier lady was tweaking hard, my foood was cold after and waited forever for them to make it it was a whole circus in the poor kid just standing in the middle while the two elders yelled at eachother. We came in here last night at 8:20 Pm. The moment we walked in the door we absolutely destroyed the boomer employee's life. He couldn't hide his complete disdain for our presence. There was one person ahead of us that was finishing up. When it was finally our turn, boomer boy mumbled and grumbled incoherently. My spouse and I are both veterans, so our hearing isn't the greatest. I still have no idea what this fool was saying. He made sure he slowed to a death crawl in making each of our sandwiches. He really showed us for walking in 40 minutes before closing! It took roughly 30 minutes for him to make 4 simple sandwiches. I ended up just toasting mine when I got home because we had already made this miserable soul suffer for far too long. Perhaps Subway needs a paid naptime for the older generation so they can make it until closing without becoming a complete tool.

We just spent 60 dollars on 4 subs (no chips or drinks), which we found UNBELIEVABLE. MUST REMEMBER IT IS A SIMPLY SANDWICH! Subway has completely overpriced their menu to the point we will not go back.
