We got a door dash order at work from this subway , ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
The bacon was raw on my salad, cinnamon stick was COMPLETELY HARD AS ROCK. The sub was smashed to pieces, while the rest of the order was missing ! I tried to call a couple of times NO ANSWER OF COURSE .
I know out of working there , it is not hard to make a sandwish or answer the phone . Corporate needs to check the store manager !

Shopping is exhausting and needing to ride a bus home, cooking is the last thing I feel like doing. It’s always great to have a nice footlong. I also love the new ghost pepper bread!

Please don’t eat/spend money at this subway. The atmosphere is most unwelcoming and the food is very distasteful. Also the staff will frequently threaten to kick customers out of their lobby for not ordering fast enough. One of the worst food/dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I have been coming to this location since 2020 and haven't had a bad experience in years. It's clean and the food is always good. And a shout-out to Derek, who always does a fantastic job taking my order and keeping this Subway running smoothly.

My co-worker ordered pick up on DoorDash and these people did not know how to do a prepaid pick up. Adeelia had to call her manager and was completely rude and disgusted she had never seen this. If you don’t know how DoorDash works get off the register. My coworker confirmed the ordered for pick up and they still wouldn’t release the food. Train your people

Doesn't give correct portions of meat. Dosent charge correctly. Dosent give correct portions of cheese. If im paying 12$ for a sub i want the right portions.Charged me for double cheese to and didnt get double cheese.Not going to this subway again.

Bought Subway sandwich at Subway and Walmart told him I had to carry the sandwich that my wife was shopping and get her and come back and eat the sandwich. They told me once you walk out of Subway you’re not allowed to come back and eat your sandwich I thought that was pretty bad.

THIS IS NOT THE SUBWAY YOU WANT TO EAT AT! TRUST ME! went into Walmart to buy a few items and pass some time. I sat down in the subway dining room (which was empty) to pass a little time before I had to pick up my daughter from gymnastics right down the road. I fully intended to buy a kids meal before leaving, I just didn’t want to get it too soon so the bread wouldn't be soggy from the mayo. A female associate told me I had to make a subway purchase in order to sit there in their dining room (which was empty). I explained to her I was planning to make a purchase but not just yet. She told me I had to make a purchase at that time or leave. Again I tried to explain that I was waiting just a bit to do it but she asked me to leave. I tried to explain again why I was waiting and she told me to leave or she would call the police. She told me I was trespassing on private property and that I had to leave. I decided at that moment that this was not the store I wanted to be served at anyway so I went down the road and purchased from a different store. This subway associate came over looking for an argument as I was literally the only person sitting in the dining area and they did not need the seat for another customer. THIS IS NOT THE SUBWAY YOU WANT TO EAT AT, TRUST ME!

I ordered two 6" subs, 2 bags of chips, 1 cookie, and 2 bottled beverages to be delivered (via Doordash) to my office for lunch for my husband and I. Our delivery was prompt and on time. Before I even had a chance to go downstairs and collect our delivered items, the manager of this Subway, Derek, called me on the phone number I added to my order. He immediately apologized because his employee had made a mistake and forgot to include our beverages. I commend the employee for being so honest and prompt to take responsibility for a simple, human mistake. I also greatly appreciate Derek's management style - he immediately offered to make it right by offering us free cookies next time we visit, which he didn't have to do, but was appreciate nonetheless. The food we DID receive was warm, delicious and well-made, and the service and courtesy we received from the folks at this location was top notch. Keep up the great work, East Kearney Subway crew!!! Thank you!
