I ordered a crunch wrap. It was cold. I ordered a chulupa it was stale and cold. I waited in the drive through for less time I am dissatisfied with the food and atmosphere.

This is truly the worst Taco Bell in town. They never get an order right, whether it’s a delivery order or drive through. I’ve given them so many chances but time and time again they forget something. It’s not worth wasting my money there anymore.

Around 6 am, the older man wanted to criticize my card being broken- as soon I handed him the card he looked me in the eyes and said "right..." with frustration. I told him about the tape that is used to hold it properly then proceeded to give me attitude stating I need to "get a new card because this one isn't going to work for much longer" and as I was telling him I ordered a new one (take 7-10 business days) to he ignored me and shut the window. Absurb customer service from him. At least the food was correct ig.

This place needs to learn what customer service is. The drive-through is not the only thing that exist in your restaurant so you need to learn how to cooperate with people who are inside your restaurant no reason I should wait 20 minutes for my food then come to find out it was already ready. They just didn’t ask me my name to give me my food when I had already been trying to grab their attention for the past 20 minutes, but it’s OK because I highly recommend highly recommend you go to the one across town not this one.

We had multiple online orders already paid for. Had to go thru the drive thru 3 separate times because they would only do 2 at a time.

Would give 0 stars because THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING!!! Do not buy bfrom this taco bell unless you want your sauce missing and or items missing 1?23/24. Real college student do not buy!!!

This evening 12/06/24 @ 9:55 pm, Employee aggressively slammed the door as I approached and he pointed at the writing on the door. I looked assuming that there were business hours on the door, but there was not. I motioned that I did not know what he was referring to. He briefly popped the door open to tell me that they closed at 10:pm. I informed him that it was only 9:55pm and he said that it was 10:PM according to their system. I asked him for his name but he slammed the door in my face again. I know that this is only fast food but this was gross customer abuse.
Parking: I felt about 1 inch tall after being treated so rudely.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't think so.

Tried to order in town for work had no car walked from the hotel I’m at and they told me I can’t order after walking inside and told me to get out. I asked if I could order in the drive through and they told me if I have no car I can’t buy anything. They were rude when I asked if I could order in the app and pick up in the drive through! This is literally right next to MSU and you can’t even order without a car. To add it was 10:30 pm

Got there at 4:30 am before work and sat there 8 minutes before some young dude came to the speaker and said dash and uber only I chuckled because I know it was some bs line because there lazy and don’t wanna do the job so I said if I order on uber for pick up I can come right back I got no reply. Well parked got on uber choose the pick up option let’s just say these lazy tweaked out kids served me my breakfast 🤙 keep it real Taco Bell

I've visited this Taco Bell over 50 times, and almost every time, my order is incorrect. Even when staff confirms it, I still find mistakes. I’ve continued going because of the vegetarian options and convenience, but it’s becoming too frustrating.
Last night, multiple items were wrong, tacos were crushed, the cinnamon twists tasted like stale oil, and there was no sauce. This has been happening for years. I’ve even started driving to other locations to avoid getting home to an incorrect meal I paid for.
Is there anyone who can address consistency and quality at this location? I’d like to keep supporting it, but improvements are needed.
