The staff is great. It just seems like they are always out of food for some reason. One time it was meat, the other it was something else and then something else and the prices are really high But everything else was good

They have people in the drive thru that think they can talk to customers however they please. Customers are not allowed to question why they have something on their billboard and on their menu with out the Karen getting an attitude and wanting to try and rush you. I would avoid that place at all cost
Employees are not idea smart, I watch an manager ask an employee to ask a customer what they ordered, so the employee proceeded to see what they wanted, and it was a big confusion between the fact the customer already ordered at the window, and was there to pick up inside and the employee confused over that fact wanted to still order him some food, then to give him a drink cup, just watching was very iq draining. Something where it should of been a question what you ordered, and okay, instead turned into a really stupid adventure to witness, and as I've been waiting for my order I also never got greeted, so I've just been standing here forever while they stare at me, so lovely atmosphere, let take care of the window over anyone else will be fast food downfall.

Can’t say my order is ever correct here. I waited for quite a bit for the wrong order tonight. Didn’t leave the window, just waited until they came back. I make sure to check my bag every time at this location. Once I received my actual order, I checked and noticed that I hadn’t received all my food. Shocker. I have to go inside every time. Looks like everyone has the same experience here. I was hoping that things would change when they temporarily closed recently. Wishful thinking. Hopefully they figure it out soon. I refuse to quit Taco Bell. After all, Demolition Man says it will be the only restaurant available in the year 2032.

I have lived in 5 states and gone to plenty of Taco Bell’s but this one is a failure of a franchise. They have given me a wrong order every time I have been here. Lucky I live close enough to drive back to get it corrected, but the worst part is they treat you like a scam artist who wants to take them for everything they have. I’m sorry that you let halfwits work here, not my fault they forgot $10 worth of items from my order. I go out of my way to get food from other Taco Bell’s. Poor staff and management.
The food is pretty good, but my cheesy roll up is never, ever melted, it is just shredded cheese thrown into a tortilla and rolled up looser than grandmas underpants. The floor in here is also disgusting, sticky, black gunk is all over the place and is not very pleasing at all

I ordered 55$ worth of food including 3 chicken chalupas and a box of soft tacos (chalupas were hard unable to eat them like rock hard) all the tacos were missing things and greasy I'm not sure who left teenagers in charge but it's insanely bad (I know it's fast food but I am upset about this) I usually would've gone back but I have a child who just had surgery so I can't please someone do something about this thank you

Left out big part of my order. When i went back the girl acted like i was just trying to get extra nugs. i had to pull out all the food and prove to her i didnt get my order. Then when i asked for sauce they skimped me on it(aksed for 16 got 10). When i finally got the rest of my order she had the audacity to charge me for sauce that i asked for.
