Went through the drive through. Drinks were so full they were leaking through the lid, making a mess in my car. Lady copped an attitude when I said they were too full. Get home and my taco barely has anything in it. What am I paying this place for? Attitude, a mess, and an empty taco shell.

I understand it’s a Taco Bell but not a single one of the tacos I ate was good. I asked for several different sauces and I did not receive them. My nachos and sauce was like seven chips and a half thing of nacho cheese sauce. I also paid for the sauce and all of this and it was terrible. The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Will not be back.

There was a night recently where it was about 2-3 am and there were 4 or so cars in the drive thru. We did our mobile order and pulled through, quick and friendly service. It seemed it was the main person who greets and takes the money and either one other person or it was just them all by themselves working. Either way, everything was made perfectly and it was out the window with little to no wait at all!

the worst service, they forgot our food multiple times, and made excuses for them missing our food. they were kind, but terrible at giving us our correct order. I am incredibly displeased with this service. The rest of our food was cold due to them forgetting our food.

I received no meat in my order. It was a door dash order. I called the store and they were so rude. It was chicken and hamburger they left out. A chicken quesadilla with no chicken or the extra sour cream, and a beefy 5 layer Burrito with no beef. I only received a partial refund. $5 on a 15 order. The most expensive ingredients were missing!
I put in an order on the self-serve screen. I noticed no one was preparing my order. I went to the counter and told them I placed an order but I don’t think it was being prepared. I showed the cashier where my order was paid for on my charges for my card. He acted confused and like he didn’t have any intention of helping or resolve the issue. I asked him if I could tell him what I paid for and he said he would ask his manager. I said that would be great because I paid for the food but the self-serve kiosk must have had an issue putting in my order. The payment pos was flickering and the screen glitching the whole time. So was waiting for over 20 mins and the service was absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time.

Matt Murphy who identified himself as the store manager hung up on me and refused to help in any way after not receiving my order that I ordered through the app. Worst customer service I have EVER received! I hope that someone sees this and they reconsider his position at the store!!

I just want to give Kimberlie M a shout out at the Drive through on Saturday around 1:20 in the afterNoon. She was so sweet. I gave her a sticky dime that was caused by my son’s sucker and apologized and she said she forgave me 🤣Then, I misheard the amount and gave her the wrong accurate change. She was funny and joking around. She has a great personality and is amazing with customers. Thanks for the giggle for my daughter and I today. Keep that great energy up and never stop smiling, Kimberlie :-)
