Lately, I have been having plenty of issues with this location. Management really needs to get there act together and properly staff this place. It's a busy location, and yet there's only ever like 3 people in the whole building.
There's also one very stressed, and very rude person who works there who seems annoyed by the simple fact that one dares to order food.
Tonight, there was a 20-30 minute wait due to being "short staffed and behind" and while I 100% believe that, they had a person sweeping the lobby? Like, is that the best way to utilize someone when you're THAT far behind?

I have to give this location and the employees a shout out. I placed a mobile order and was informed that it would be 15 minutes because they had run out of several items. I sat and listened to the radio for a bit before going through and picking up my order. The food was the best and most fresh I’ve ever had from any Tbell, ever. I’d gladly wait 15min for that quality preparation. To the female cook working on Oct 26th at 12:15am - thank you.

Ok i come here 5days a week because i work next door i normally always get the same thing i order in the app then when i ask for a large water i never have any issues today i didnt order in the app and i asked for a large water and two soft tacos the guy who took my order was amazing but the girl at the window handed me a medium water and i told her it was supposed to be a large she tried to argue with me and said it was a large i just asked if i could get another medium then and with the most attitude i have ever seen in a fast food worker she gets me another water and she didnt give me my change she has had attitude on multiple occasions and ill probably just stop going because shes always working when i go in

Door dashed from them multiple times, can never get the order correct or all of the items in the order. They lie about why items are missing from our orders and they refuse to rectify the situation. They are absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Do not go to them.

We came through the drive through. Employee at the window was nice. But when we got home to enjoy our food the tortillas were barely cooked. The meat was hot but the actual tortilla was not. Very unsatisfying.

I will never order from this location. Just like a previous review..I got home and did not receive my chips and cheese 3 times now. I also didn't get my taco. I called and the supervisor was very rude stating her employees are in training. If your employees can't even put the correct food in the bag and it happens numerous times, it's a direct reflection on terrible supervision. I didn't get my mild sauce either! Not sure about the cleanliness when my stomach hurt immediately after eating my food. Things weren't even wrapped correctly..I could see my food which was cold. Please train your employees.
