I ordered on the app and paid through the app just to get there and for them to tell me they didn't have my order. Okay I get that stuff happens but they were beyond rude to me when I asked if they would rather me come inside to handle this issue. The girl was beyond rude. I ended up having to reorder my whole meal and than they up charged me for something that they shouldn't have and forgot over half of my order.

This tacobell specifically continually disappoints me with their below par service. The crew had me waiting for nearly 15-20 minutes for a doordash that was supposed to be ready for pickup, who knows how long it would’ve actually taken because I could not keep waiting, clearly goofing around and throwing utensils around was more important than fulfilling orders and doing your job.

My husband went through the drive-thru on Sunday, 3/17. He paid with his debit card. They gave him his food and he was on his way. Got home and realized they never gave him his card back. He went back up there immediately and they said, "oops! We gave your debit card to someone else that paid cash." ? Didn't offer him anything, can't even remember them apologizing! They said, "well hopefully they'll to the right thing and bring it back." That's all. Food was cold by the time he returned home- they did nothing for the inconvenience. Now what?! That's all you got??

One time the guy kind of started an arguement with me about if onions have always come on the Mexican pizza. Now when I ordered a black beans Mexican pizza for some reason they think that means refried beans too. No obviously black beans are not instant so that's the whole point!

I just had to come on here and brag on this specific location because, y'all don't realize how much better you've made my day. I had just gotten off work; I'm tired and I'm hungry, and the food hit the spot! I ordered a quesadilla combo and a bean burrito. The food was piping hot, and every bite into my quesadilla there was amazing. I got steak in every single bite, and most people would say that's rare. Not only was my quesadilla delicious, but my burrito was equally delicious. I got delicious beans, cheese and sauce in every bite. No, it wasn't half dry and half saucy, it was perfect. Thank you very much for making my day, Taco Bell. I hope I endure many other encounters like this one.
Your manager heckled me by telling me at 1:40am “we cant make anything you want because it’s 20 minutes to close” and then said I’m not allowed to order because I “cursed” at him. He used this excuse to get out of serving me. By saying I had cursed at him he didn’t have to serve me. Use to quality at this location but since this guy showed up I guess I wont be going to TB anymore.

Went there during the 5 pm hour yesterday. Waited at the counter 5 minutes. A worker came up to the counter to get register tape. She did not look at me or say anything to me. I left. My first attempted visit and last.

You need to update your menu online. I go through the drive thru and they tell me they dont have half rhe stuff i order and i just looked at the menu on the website. And i ordered a nacho supreme that was acryally on the drive thru menu and they said they dont have that.
