Takes you to the other Taco Bell location down the road when you click on this one. The addresses are messed up.
Super great, can tell that they really care
Honestly, pretty good for a fast food taco place. Customer service here is always great too.
Got home and the loaded nachos ordered had no beef no cheese no sauce a table spoon full of sour cream beans and guacamole all of it together would equal a spoonful so almost nothing when they are supposed to be loaded nachos basically nothing but chips when my wife called the night manager was disrespectful refused his name refused corporates number it doesn't matter with the prices on something is when you're paying for it that's what you should get and a manager should take accountability of his employees not doing their job correctly
Ordered the new dipping burritos. To be honest, they were pretty good. But I have to say that the representation on the menu and what I really got didn't look anything alike (see pictures). You'd think they would train their employees on how to correctly make their food items.
They got my order wrong and I went up there and It was fixed felt like they care unlike

Absolutely delightful place to get food. Clean, snitary, just over all lovely. I didn’t like what I ordered, but that’s on me and not them. I got the new cheez-it Crunchwrap and it just wasn’t great. But other than that, I love Taco Bell and this one was good.

TACO BELL TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE- The employee at the window had a vape pen in their back pocket... And my food tasted and looked like it was made by someone stoned off their rocker. My power bowl was 75 percent lettuce. It was not edible. My burrito tasted liked it sat out in a gas station all day. And my nacho fries were cold and crunchy. I gave my entire dinner to my dogs, but they deserved better. I eat here a lot outta desperation for late night dinners, and idk why I'm always left sad and disappointed. I'm not blaming the employees for my nasty food, I'm blaming the cooperation. I'm pretty sure the employees here need showers and training- but to no fault of their own, why would you care about the quality of your work when your company doesn't even care about YOU. I don't even feel like the food is safe to eat bc of the lack of cleanliness between the employees and the atmosphere. People do your self a favor and try to eat local food and not support chain restaurants that don't even care about their employees. If they cared- I wouldn't be having these consistent problems here and the employees wouldn't need to be stoned. ITS TIME TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY TACO BELL! TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES RIGHT!

Personally didn't have a terrible experience, other than the staff being incredibly entitled and rude. However, I had a front row seat to a fellow customer who never received their food and when they returned to the front counter to inquire they were told they couldn't do anything about it because they were too busy. When this customer requested a refund, she was informed that the manager was much too busy to deal with her issues and that if she wanted a refund she would have to return at a later time, continuing to emphasize that 'they were just too busy' even though the drive thru was empty and there was a total of 3 families inside the store. It's Absolutely terrible for a store to do that and this location should be shut down if they can't figure out basic customer service skills. Corporate taco bell should get involved before this location tarnishes the brand for the entire local area!
Avoid this place at all costs. Waited over 45 minutes for 2 deluxe boxes, 2 soft tacos, and 1 hard taco. They forgot food items. Had them remake it. They messed it up not once, not twice but 5 different times!!!
The “manager” Anthony refused to give us a refund even though we offered to give the food back. At this point we didn’t even want it. Anthony was so unprofessional about the whole thing, he probably wasn’t trained on treating customers with kindness. He isn’t leading his staffs members by example, he teaches them to not care if the food is correct and steal money.
Way to go Anthony!?

Was the only customer either inside or outside. Ordered 3 things and only got 2. And the lady at the window was rude and sounded annoyed the entire time.

Had dinner 5-9-24 and we got nothing we ordered and the guy setting next to us was watching videos on his phone full blast, it was where you could not even talk to one another. We did not say anything cause there was no point. No employee was watching counter.

Decided they wouldn't take an order because of the "staffing situation". Just close the doors at that point. If people are there and you can't make food what's the point.

While at this location I will say I am taken aback by the professionalism of the employees and manager on duty. My husband and I had to listen to the employees complain about drive through customers that kept adding things on once they got to the window and messed up with the ticket times; along with an employee that was late coming in. I understand food service industries are very tough and demanding and customers can be inconsiderate to the workers, but to sit and listen to employees complaining and witnessing customers that were going to dine in change their orders take out and sit outside and eat it after waiting for 10 minutes that I knew of. The manager on duty should have shut the talk about customers and a fellow employee down immediately and not allow it to continue to where dine in customers hear it. The food once we received it was barely warm and the associate that had seen the order had to ask if we had two drinks with it (we both ordered combos that came with a drink). For a place that was not very busy at the time we were there the food should not have been cold at all if they were “following” the ticket times accordingly.I believe the training for customer service needs to be reviewed and be trained on again. Due to the employees wanting to discuss and complain it made the atmosphere not very pleasant to be in. If they have that much “free time” to complain they could have been out sweeping the dining area and wiping tables down if they can stand and complain. The MOD should be retrained on how to lead his team and remind them what is appropriate behavior in a work place setting and not to discuss an employee that is late being on drugs, because I can assure you no customers want to listen to that at all.
