Took me over 20mintues just to get a cup because there was only 2 workers there and we weren't allowed to order at the register it had to be at the kiosk.

You guys know that the steak and poblano quesadilla is supposed to have cheese in it right?
I have ordered it at multiple locations and our quesadillas at this location were about half the size of normal and had like 6 shreds of cheese total. It was a joke and the quesadillas were disgusting.
The guy at the window was very nice though.

People here are actually slow, was an issue with my payment on the kiosk. There was a 20 minute wait to fix the problem with payment. I was charged twice for my order. The lobby was unclean and staff was rude to customers.

Wanted to grab a quick bite... Ummmm not.... I ordered a bean burrito and the 2 taco meal (literally 2 tacos & soda) $15! Seriously?? It took so long to get my order(15 mins) (only 2 people b4 in line) that i was then late to my next apt. Also, I wanted to order something that was being advertised on the windows and the kiosk inside- only to be told they're not selling those anymore - THEN DON'T ADVERTISE THEM!

Absolutely horrible, will never be going back. Taco was soggy And greasy to the point, my tacos were falling apart. Open the package to My Cheesy Street Chalupa‘s to nothing inside them. A total rip off the best thing that I could say is my Baja blast was fine. People need to find other jobs.

I’ve been here a few times, upon grand opening and (2) weeks after, it was great. But boy has it gone to crap since then. Apparently the employees can not read. The receipt says, Vegetarian Pizza, light tomatoes, but apparently that was just too hard. I paid for a vegetarian pizza, but got diarrhea nachos. I’m not kidding, it looks like diarrhea nachos. I didn’t order deadly nachos full of deadly allergies, but Taco Bell thinks that’s funny. You know what I think is funny, personal injury lawsuits.
The chicken Chalupa shell was so hard you couldn't eat it.Tasted like it was cooked last week.

This review is more for the employees and not the store manager. When I first walked in around 1:30pm today the first thing I noticed was that the tables looked very dirty and uncleaned. I get its fast food, but take pride in your work and in the store you work at. The store manager tried to have them clean the tables and throw the trash away and while they did it when she was there, when she left, the employees stop cleaning. The food tasted fine normal Taco Bell food, but the overall store looked very messy.
