It was normal Taco Bell but I had to drive back from my house a second time because they forgot part of the order and i understand mistakes can happen but no one came to the counter after I waited 10 mins and then when someone did they understood and were super respectful but it was just a huge inconvenience and a pain to even get 2 meals completely.

My beefy five layer had no beef, my chicken cantina taco was so lopsided all the ingredients fell out, and then my crunchwrap supreme also had no beef. To top it all off I got those little cinnamon crispers whatever they're called had no cinnamon on them. This is the worst I've ever been served at a fast food restaurant.

I spent $50 on a drive-thru order. It's my fault for not checking before leaving but half of my order was missing and wrong. I'm a long-haul truck driver so I can't just come back and have them remake food. Do not eat here.

Took order through drive-thru pulled up to window paid for it got order checked it and they left part of it out so I told them they took the bag back a few minutes later handed me the bag again assuming they got the order right that time I drove off got home still missing the same thing that I was missing the first time second time I've been there and had issues will never go back and I would suggest anybody go to this particular Taco Bell

I come to this location anytime I’m on this side of town because they always make sure my avocado sauce is in the bag. So many locations around Springfield do not even though it costs extra. I’ve not had a bad experience from this particular location.
