Been to a lot of fast food places. This one Taco Bell had literally the worst mannered crew. They were crass and very rude.

I work with people with special needs. After staff at another taco bell refused to assist my client we went here. Staff wanted us to use kiosks, client wanted to order from person, they told us we would have to wait. With 4 staff on duty, 3 standing side by side in food prep area the other walking around and working drive through it took 8 minutes for someone to come take client's order. It was NOT busy. They then forgot his orange vanilla cream soda which I had to go specifically get someone's attention to get after client was already almost done eating and he is a SLOW eater.

Waited 30 minutes for food, asked for manager twice. No one would acknowledge me at all when asking. Asked for when the order would be ready at 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Still wouldn’t give a straight answer and no night shift manager or team leader ever came to talk to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE!

Rude unresponsive staff- took over 20 minutes to fix my food in an empty restaurant… literally empty no one else is here- and they can’t answer me when I ask how much longer till my food is ready or can I speak to a manager please.

The CSR didn't give me my cup. I should have had a medium drink. I visited on 11/01/2025 when Mac is not here this store is not run efficiently. I have a horrible experience when Mac is not actually running the restaurant.

Taco Bell in general has gone downhill very badly in my opinion. The two closer to my home are terrible so I drove out of my way to this one and it was gross too! The hard taco shells were so stale I couldn't stomach it. They tasted like an old dirty wet sock. Yummy! Just what I was craving! I also seem to remember there being actual food in the double deckers. These were so skimpy they were almost completely flat. I am quitting Taco Bell. I won't waste anymore of my money here!!!!! See ya!

Big shout out to the team tonight, they got my food order wrong twice in a row!

The only reason to order online for pick up is so that you can take your time, get things right, not miss any food, and get things right! Missed an item the first time, and when I drove all the way back they made it incorrectly… needed that extra push to swear off bell 🔔

Took quite a bit to get my order as the drive thru filled and emptied a couple times while I waited inside for my mobile order, but my chief complaint is I paid for 6 supreme soft tacos and got only regular despite a worker asking me twice if my food was mine.

I want to say thank you to the kind lady that helped me when my order was made wrong. She was very calm and very patient with me as I explained what I expected my order to be. Christine quickly made remade my order. I feel like Christine went above and beyond. Thank you Christine. Have a blessed year!!

The one taking my order was rude, kept giving me attitude. And the one at the window made me get half way out of my window to hand him my card because he wouldn’t move his hand any further than barely right to the edge.
