Update. Asked for fresh and the papers stuck to the old crusty Gordita soft taco. I swear if you don’t want your job give it to someone that will take a sense of pride in their work!

Went after a long day and they forgot one of our items. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we were home. Tried calling the location FOUR. TIMES. and no one picked up. Drove all the way back and they initially wouldn’t give us the item. Unfortunately we had to make a fuss about it for them to give us our missing item. Unacceptable. No apologies and they were rude.

Everytime i attempt to eat at this restaraunt the drive thru night employee is always extremely rude. He greets with ,"what do you need' when you ask to grill burritos, he replies with 'no we cant do that'. Even every other taco bell does it. And he doesnt say a word to you at the window. This is a consistant thing with the same person working window at night.

Bought 3 items only got 2. Spent 23 dollars and didn't get the food I ordered. Rounded up my total to help with tacobell university or whatever and was robbed in return.

We stopped here after I got off work and got take out for our family and took home. The service was excellent. The food was good and not too greasy. In fact, this is the 1st time in a long time our tacos didn't fall apart when we opened the wrapper due to the amount of grease on the meat. It was amazing to actually be able to eat an entire taco and it not fall apart due to greasy meat.
I love the food, and when under the few circumstances that my order was wrong. the crew went above and bound to correct the error. Thank you so much

I ordered on the app. The app does not give you the choice of not having ice in your drink. So every time I order I just tell them at the drive through and it is fine. Today they told me that they HAVE to make it how it shows up on the order and they won't be able to dump out the ice and remake the drink. I believe they forgot that I am the one paying for the item.

It was what you expect with Taco Bell. It was very clean. I HATE that the chain is going to all self-service kiosks.

Uber screwed me on this one but this Taco Bell never should have sent out an order that was over an old. That is not food safe. Ice cold, soggy, inedible. This food should have been remade once the driver actually got there. I paid Taco Bell and Uber 50$ for food we couldn't even eat.
