Me and my work mate showed up around 10 o’clock in the morning had both placed a mobile order and it had told us that our order for pick up would be ready around 1007 however not one person came to check on us at the counter, nor did I see one person in the kitchen But what I did see was three people hanging out in the manager’s office. I was very upset and I yelled down the alley way to the managers office to get someone’s attention to let me speak to the manager, although she did resolve our issue and get our food to us. I was not satisfied for waiting 30 minutes for my food nor was I happy with the service. You should not have to greet if you are the customer you should be greeted , I hope somebody takes a look at the video surveillance from today and sees that these people were not doing their jobs efficiently

I suggest taking with Ben tonight Clay to get the parasites out from the rotten meat and processed GMO vegetables. Gives me less diarrhea now that I'm doing that. There was an ad above the urinal that reminded me of cultural role appropriation. Braided hair is only for certain colors! Shame on Taco Bell. I love the five layer burritos

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Always add jalapeños and rice to it. So apparently that means that’s all they are going to put on it. Probably 10 slices of jalapeños, pinch of rice, and 3 pieces of chicken. Literally had 5 pieces of cheese on it and in all barely had anything on it in general. Crazy that it was 15 dollars to buy a tortilla, if you hate your job that much find somewhere else to work.
Also, the whole thing was cold and barely warmed up.

I went here on 1-8-25 went in waited at counter for a literal 20 min time span (no one in lobby) so I asked the girl stalking sauces if I could get my order taken she was small pretty ugly and wearing a white camo hoodie, no name tag, she told me “it’s kiosk only isn’t that pretty obvious” in a very rude tone, I understand if that is a new policy but maybe tell your customers that instead of walking by them while they wait patiently, I’ve always thought this location was the worst in Springfield, but now that is cemented in my mind

My food is burnt and disgusting. I ordered 3 of the 5 piece nuggets combos. The brown headed overweight guy was incredibly rude to several customers in a row. 3 to be exact. He was rolling his eyes the whole time and acting inconvenienced with anything. My nuggets are burnt and disgusting. Terrible experience all the way around. Food was burnt to a degree where I couldn't even eat the thing. WAY TOO MUCH SALT. Hair in my cheddar cups. What the hell are you people doing?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I used to come here all the time, what happened? NEVER AGAIN.

Came about 2 days ago an got a decent size order not gonna lie it was 4 different tacos an a black bean order an it took like 5 mins to get the food not long wait which was nice but the food was sloppy put together an the person at window was kinda rude slamming the window
