Basically every time I come to this taco bell they get something wrong or forget an item. This particular visit I ordered a chicken flatbread melt and attempted to get a free burrito with the certificate and instead they rang me up and charged me for the burrito and that was the only item I got. I had to come back and make sure they got my flatbread melt ?

Called me a freaking liar to my face when I asked for onions 4 times, which they didn’t add.Then when they DID remake my steak grilled cheese burrito, no sour cream, add onions… they gave me a ground beef grilled cheese burrito WITH sour cream and onions.So screw me and the extra money I spent on steak, I guess.And they didn’t even bother trying to add onions/remake the taco that also was supposed to have onions.

We arrived to have lunch and walked in and all we saw was like big iPads up at the counter, and the crew was working in the background and not one person said a word to us about you have to use the iPads to place your order so we waited for someone to help us, but then we figured that’s not gonna happen so we placed our orders on the iPads. Still at this point, no one has greeted us or said anything to us and they made our food and we picked it up in the little shelf when they called my name. I picked up our food. We sat down and ate. We noticed they forgot part of our order, and so I walked up to the counter, and still nobody acknowledged that I was standing there, and I finally had to yell out “you forgot part of my order” and I was told to wait they were busy With someone else’s order at the drive-thru. Two drive-through orders later. I finally asked for the food they neglected to give me in the first place, and with a hateful attitude, I was given the food they forgot. And now they had customers coming in who had no idea what they were doing with those iPad machines and one guy got so frustrated he left because nobody acknowledged that he was standing there and didn’t know what he was supposed to do with the stupid iPad you have out there. We walked up there and said you guys just lost two customers because nobody acknowledged that they were here but they had time to stand back there and talk and laugh amongst each other and not worry about anybody in the dining room. What is wrong with this picture? Tell me please.

I have been eating at this Taco Bell for 25 + years and they can never seem to get an order correct and what really gets me is when you pay extra money for added items and then those iextras are never added . For the love of god fix the management or stop hiring morons Taco Bell geez !!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

I had my girlfriend order food on the app cost us $25 for a meal for two after getting what I'm guessing now or water cups a heavyset stinky smell like you haven't showered in a month man approaches me while eating my food saying he is the gym and I need to pay for the soda when I filled the cup I was not aware that it was just a water cup as I said before my girlfriend was wanting to order the food he was very rude and impolite he was hovering over me smelling like body odor or the boys locker room while I was trying to eat my food over a $2 soda that I paid for in the app with a second order all over a misunderstanding he was very rude and implied I don't think I would ever revisit the store again not to mention there has to be some sort of health hazard with him not showering and literally being disgusting dirty and smelling the way he does

Ordered a Chili Cheese Boritto and this is what I received. A wrap that was no bigger than my hand and litterly nothing inside of the shell. This item is $3.59 on the menu and I received a flour tortilla that was smeared with a chili spread like butter. Taco Bell you lost my business. Worse food I have ever received from this location.

We had to clean a table so we could eat inside.It was busy, and the workers were working hard/quickly and getting food out quickly. The guy at the counter/putting food up was great-very helpful!Miss the $5 boxes but our stuff was great.Surprised they had no booths, just chairs/tables.
The oil needs to be changed, the food was disgusting. I couldn't eat my Mexican pizza & the chalupa wasn't edible either. If it was fried it wasn't edible. Completely disappointed ?
