I just thinking as much as they charge for even a hard shell taco for $3 you can buy a street Taco at I love tacos for the same price is better tasting more authentic it's just Taco Bell's ridiculous for the fast food that they offer for the price that they want

This Taco Bell is horrible. When we get home we find our food isn't even wrapped. All the lettuce and cheese is in the bottom of the bag. It looked like they just set the tacos on a wrapper and just barely laid the wrapper over the top. This is one of the worst Taco Bells in Springfield. The food is never fresh. It's cold, soggy, broken, has a bug on it or hardly any toppings. I don't know why management allows this to go on.

This Taco Bell was horrible last night. Right when I opened my loaded beef nachos there was some kind of flying insect on one of the chips. The beans in the burrito were old and hard. The supreme crunchy taco was so soggy on the bottom it fell apart. You would think they could at least drain the meat a little before they slop it on. And we waited a while so we thought we were getting fresh food. But the food from this location has never been fresh.

Food was good as usual. Employees could have been a little more friendly, but it’s night shift, I get it. The manager tonight though didn’t need to holler at the employee doing dishes, “poorly” as he put it, and make her go home because of that. Based on how defeated she looked, wasn’t the first time. I get labor might be high, but you shouldn’t do that in front of other employees or where customers can hear from the lobby.

I ordered 2 crunchy taco supreme, chips and cheese and pintos and cheese. I received two crunchy tacos, NOT SUPREME, and pintos and cheese, for $13. Seriously. This isn't the first time this location has messed up and order. Do better! Especially for the prices you charge.

Stopped by on a Sun at 9pm. Ordered a burrito supreme in drive-thru. I was literally the only customer. Dining room was empty. I counted at least 4 employees besides the drive-thru guy, and I took them about 5 minutes to complete my order. It was barely warm, and consisted primarily of refried beans and soggy lettuce. Finally found a bit of meat and a couple of pieces of tomato at the end. Never again.
We came in apparently just before the lobby closed they did not tell us it was closing and the sign on the door didn't say the lobby closed at a different time than the drive through. They talked to us while we ordered our food for dine-in still didn't say anything. We waited 20+ minutes for our food and as soon as we sat down to eat it they stopped us and told us we had to leave because the lobby is closed. I told them we ordered for dine-in before they closed and she said it doesnt matter you have to leave. Only thing they did for us was remind us why we don't eat at taco bell.
