Sick! Clearly this place has poor hygiene and is filthy. Should've walked out the second my partner and I saw the leftover mess being ignored. We got our food which was tasteless and falling apart, but here's the kicker. Not long after this my partner and I started feeling really sick. We were the only ones. After vomiting with chills and a high fever, we went to the urgent care where we were both diagnosed with dysentery! The only meal we ate together was from this place. Don't eat here if you value your health!

MAKE THIS PLACE A DIFFERENT FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! The Taco Bell across from Bass Pro is so much better. Should’ve went there. All of my food was cold and terrible. Car in front of me waited about 3-5 minutes for a medium baha blast after being handed his food already. Took forever to get my change and didn’t have my drink ready. So I told him what it was. He kept looking up at the order screen, then me, then the soda machine as if trying to comprehend what I just said to him. He handed me the order of the car behind me after I just told him my order and my drink again. Thank god a lady finally came up and asked him what was happening and took the other order from me. She told him that order had to be remade since I touched it. Wish he would’ve handed my order to the car in front of me so my food was actually warm and potentially yummy…. he should never work window again, it’s clearly way too much for him to handle. Have him wash the bathrooms instead.

I was in earlier to get a bean burrito. They served it with chicken by mistake (it happens). I went to request it remade because I’m vegetarian, then the employee said in the most rude and snobby tone, “Well you ordered it from the kiosk, so you’re the one who asked for chicken. But we’ll fix it.” Instead of admitting her mistake, she tried to gaslight me and treat me, the vegetarian, like I’m too stupid to ask for food without meat. Your employee is a jerk and needs an attitude adjustment. I won’t be coming back.

We visited today and were told it was kiosk only-had to waite a bit to be told it was kiosk only and worker wasnt very polite about telling us this. Ordered $23 worth. Of food for dine in. Kioske asked if i wanted receipt texted to me. I said yes, but didnt get a text. For the cost and decreased customer service— one could go to a sit down mexican restaurant elseware

Well the place was clean at least. But as an employee was taking our order, right in the middle of it someone on the food line yelled that they don’t take orders anymore that we have to use the kiosk. Clearly employees can take orders if they could ring up half our order. The woman that interrupted us was rude and giving us dirty looks the entire time. And they try their best to avoid talking to their customers too. Terrible experience. Our food wasn’t fresh either. This is written on Thursday Nov 14th at 6:26 pm

food service was amazing. the staff is kind and caring. i’ve had good experiences several times i’ve went here with katie, jordan, and tosha. they were very helpful and took time to explain the menu. food was very good aswell.
All fast food is hit or miss but the awesome people there between like 2pm and 6pm are always amazing, I've got a picky kiddo and his food is always right. Food other times is still great other times, just super grateful for the people making Taco Bell a favorite for my little guy.
Came through drive thru. I’ve had bad experience with the fiesta potatoes being old so I asked for them dropped fresh. They told me no problem. I get my order and the potatoes are old and re-fried. So I took them back in to which the staff told me they just came up and were fresh. I asked for them to be remade and listen to them talk about me and remaking food loud enough to hear in front. Then the food came up and they were fresh. Different looking than the first “fresh” ones.

At this restaurant it depends at what time of day you show up. In the evening when it seems to be younger people that just don't give a hoot about what you want it can be questionable what your food will look like. 10 specs of cheese in the tacos, a tablespoon of beans in your burrito supreme that used to be a huge burrito and now is barely four bites for $5. I love their chips but they were stale. People are not going to want to go out to eat if they feel like they could do something better at home!
