Yet another Taco Bell that will not take your Order, just another Taco Bell I can’t eat at
I don’t ever normally leave reviews, but today was just absolutely something else. I’m a local caregiver for the department of mental health and today I was training with a new client and a trainer. My client decided they wanted Taco Bell for lunch and we decided to stop by the Taco Bell on Chestnut Expy around 4PM. We were very nicely greeted by a young lady named Pashuntz who seemed to be on her lunch break. Due to HIPPA Laws, I will not disclose any information regarding my client but miss Pashuntz noticed my client and decided that she was going to stand behind us to observe how we do things to ensure that she could be a greater help the next time that we decided to come in. She even tried her best to engage with my client while telling me and my trainer how grateful she is for the work that we do day to day, she was just the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long while and I really hope that everyone who has the chance to talk to miss Pashuntz feels that love from her she is an amazing human being. I just had to make extra time to talk with her because I really wanted to write this review for her as a thank you. You’ve absolutely made my entire week! Absolutely stop by down at the Taco Bell on Chestnut they have incredible staff.

Where did the chicken go!!!! I order a supreme box with a chicken chalupa five layer no beans soft taco with chips and cheese instead I got a lettuce chalupa very little chicken I have pictures a Doritos locos taco 🤢 I could not eat it and this was after I already had to immediately go instead from drive to get my avacodo salsa I paid for . Not very happy at all won't be back to night shift for a while. The girls were to busy talking and playing to run the driveway properly 🤬🧐😔

The employees were very rude sassy and disrespectful towards the customers when trying to get their orders and leave. One specific woman inside had an attitude

They don't know how to read a ticket and can't just put the items someone ordered in the bag.

Took 30 minutes to receive an order placed in advance. They gave me no compensation for my wait, and the cook that was on her phone will making my food hardly said sorry. Awful experience.

I travel a lot, and grown accustomed to inaccurate orders, so much, to where I get scared if they get it right. Anywho, since I am moving here from NC, I must checkout the T.B. first thing, not too bad, only thing missing was the sauce I ordered. The ground beef in my chalupa was way to watered down, it was disgusting,....but I ate the hell out of it. It's really hard to screw up Mexican food, they try. I will go back, who am I kidding?
