8pm on a Friday evening 1-31-2025 ... and I can't get anyone to acknowledge me standing at the counter/register. Please keep in mind, there are several Mexican restaurants that are locally owned in Springfield.
It cost me approximately the same amount to eat at these restaurants as eating at at Taco Bell.... and their quality of food and customer service is certainly better.
Why would I spend the same amount at Taco Bell when I can't be acknowledged or even place my order at the register....Taco Bell can't claim it's food is fast, convenient, or even inexpensive.
Im currently down the road at your competition, enjoying staff providing the table with free chips and salsa along with refills on our drinkings and excellent face to face customer service.
This Taco Bell location will eventually close due to low staffing and poor customer service.
I learned my lesson tonight... I seriously doubt that the management and owner will learn their lesson before it's detrimental to the establishment.
Drive a mile West on Chestnut Expressway and you will be impressed. Far better experience all the way around.

first, I just wanna share that I come to this Taco Bell often, and it’s not hard to get an order correct, I came through and ordered two bell bundles with very little modifications. Didn’t receive really any of the correct food, which I actually paid extra for i’ve had this issue with this place multiple times and I can definitely say that I will not be going back. It just shows a lack of care for the customers if they can’t even get the orders correct when it’s not even that difficult of an order.

Constantly getting my order wrong. Every single time I go to this location. I actually drive an extra 5 minutes to the next location just so I don't have to go to this restaurant. Tonight I got 3 cheesy double beef burritos, all three were just cheese beans and rice, ZERO beef. Never going to this location ever again this was my last straw.
Count. your. days. PLEASE start putting sauce in the door dash bags. if im putting 5 hot sauce on my order i want 5 in the bag. you didnt even give me ONE. now here i am stuck eating a dry. sad. cantina quesadilla that was supposed to be beautiful. i'm heart broken. and my nacho fries were stale. :(

Took long time to get my food. I had a problem with the ordering machine, waited for help for 5+ min before giving up and going back to the machine after it rebooted.

I tried to order their $1 tacos on the app but it wouldn't work. Even the manager couldn't get it to work so that was nice FALSE advertisement. Going to delete the app now since they wouldn't honor their add deal. ?
