No steak in the slider... the sliders are advertised beautifully but they are barely the size of a sauce cup. 5.49 for 2 of them, and the are 1/8th sized to the normal crunchwraps. But no meat in one and might as well have none in the other... also what's up with the entrance to your location?? Horrible layout and difficult to navigate.

Walked in at 1:55pm, one person at counter, 4 people working. Waited 9 minutes no one took counter orders. 6 in line after me. Staff just looked over at us and didn't address us. Manager was too busy looking for scissors. I finally walked out at 2:05, without food.

Items missing. Items customized due to food allergies were not customized. So, one person couldn't eat. The "boxes" were not split into boxes. Everything was just tossed into one bag.
Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies, go somewhere else. Employees here won't pay attention to custom orders.

Floor filthy!!!. Women's bathroom door cannot be closed unless you manhandle it by lifting it to then push it closed. Then you have to pull with all you have to get it back open. Food took forever and was semi warm and chalupa was stale and hard. Unfriendly staff. Counter top where you pick up food stained with something. I had to give 1 star but it should be zero.

Sweet little baby Jesus how many people does it take to get 1 order right... pretty ridiculous I wait at the window for 10 minutes and after repeating my order 6 times to 2 different people I still have to take it back in because it's not the right order at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
Past few months it has gone downhill. I work nearby so I'm a regular. It's Taco Bell, so I'm not expecting things to be great. Past few months, there's always something just not great, but I roll with it. Today, damn. 0 care was shown to the food. Tortilla so stale the burrito is cracked up, inedible. The tostada, I get it, it's new, but the one I got today had almost half of the tortilla showing, bare. The sauce was kinda to the side, and only a few shreds of cheese, edible for two or three bites. In the past few weeks I've thrown away too much. Sorry Bell, can't give anymore tries.

Burritos are supposed to have the ingredients evenly distributed throughout the burrito...not all piled in 3 separate piles. Also quit being such tightwads with the nacho cheese...you charge enough for one meal to buy an entire bag of the stuff!

Dorito tacos are good !!! The lady at the window was kind of rude! Blue /or dyed purple hair Can’t remember. Unfriendly window lady . 8:15 pm 10/28pm showed up . The guy who gave us the food at window was friendly!
