Worst tacobell ive ever been to. The chalupa shell was hard as a rock, the hard taco was flat, barely full and when i thought it couldnt get any worse, the cinnamon twists were just bitter. This is by far the worst taco bell experience ive ever had. I get its tacobell but damn!

Didn't really fill up the nacho fries container or the cheese sauce all the way, didn't put sour cream on the supreme tacos and several of our sauce packets had dried sauce exploded on them that left them crusted together.

Used the grab and go option, our food was spilled all over the bag. We asked them to remake it, they messed up one of our items. The manager on duty claimed she made it right and did not want to remake it. I got a refund for my food. What a sad experience...

I both worked and ate here in high school. I put in an order online still had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my food. It was $10 for this. Hot sauce for scale. I do believe this is the last time I'll ever go to a Taco Bell. This was Popeye's level bad.

Location is usually okay but every now and then they miss. I gave them 2 stars cause the employees are friendly. Here’s my sad quesadilla that came not only cold but not cooked at all.

Everyone’s very nice but the last few times we’ve gotten Mexican pizzas they’ve been horrible and inedible. I think the fryer oil is bad

I just came into the drive thru and ordered my food. first of all, we had to repeat and wait MULTIPLE times because the person wasn’t listening. then we get our food and get home and the cheese cups weren’t even filled, and the food is cold. yes i get it’s 11 at night but that’s outrageous. we were patient and nice the entire time.

Ok 1st off I went on a Saturday, I understand that you are busy but napkins in the floor (I put them in the trash). I order my food(for here) and went to pay and I was not giving a recipe (ok I guess).I ended up cleaning the table that I wanted to set at (ok I guess). Then the wate my food was about 18min ,to be honest with you I was ok with that. My name was called (wrong I might add) but I go to get my food prepared to go (WHY?).So I went back to set at my table. Food might have been better if it were warm. Any way what I am saying is if it's bizzy here don't go. Anyway this place has one more chance on the dining in side. And to Taco Bell remember to clean restrooms and tables not just one.

Every time I come here they either give me cold food or mess up my order. Look I work fast food I get busyness, but when I open my bad to a taco dumped upside down in the bag and never get the sause I ask for it becomes ridiculous. Absolutely no reason for it. The employees can be rude and dismissive and there is no need for it. Yall get paid to do a job if you dont want to do it leave. Check your employees Taco Bell.

Went here a couple months ago and they simply didn't add half the toppings when i ordered online. Quesedilla was basically just hard bread with barely any cheese, no refunds no compensation. Not to mention everything here is incredibly unhealthy and the all the food is heated in plastic, might as well get a tv dinner. Do not support this evil corporation and if you do, certainly do not come during the night shift.

My boyfriend and I have been to this location multiple times with no issues until today. We ordered our food on the kiosk for dine in, once we received our food I was missing a taco. My boyfriend went back up to the counter to tell them and stood at the counter and waited for 10 minutes never to receive the missing taco. They stood there and stared at him whiling throwing paper into the trash can like basketballs. I went up and asked again and another employee handed it to me from where it had been sitting on the counter the entire 10 minutes my boyfriend had been standing there waiting. He then goes to eat his burrito which he had asked for no sour cream on and it had an extra amount of sour cream. The restaurant was not busy at all while we were there and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I went into this Taco Bell for a quick bite. I never received my food. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter to ask about it and the man just walked off with no remark. I sat down and waited till could no longer wait anymore before I had to leave and I asked to speak with the manager, who gave me a refund- Layton Riekhof

I'd give them minus 5 if I could. I took one bite of the crispy chicken burrito and spit it out (I was in my car.) I was afraid it would make me sick; this chicken must have been cooked three days prior. The tortilla was dried out, so not fresh. I couldn't wait to get home and write a review from the info on the back of my receipt. I guess Taco Bell is so sick of bad reviews, they no longer give you the option; no info. I stopped going to TB when I heard they cook the beans, dry them, pulverize, send powdered beans to locations where they add water to make refried beans. Yuck!!! No more TB for me, and it used to be my favorite chain fast food. The bottom piece of my chicken was so hard, I couldn't cut it with a paring knife. Location on Campbell & Walnut Lawn in Springfield MO
