I love the food here it's great but the customer service is horrible and they ignore you I won't go here anymore simply for that reason.

This is our favorite Indian cuisine in Springfield. It is very quiet inside everytime we've been for dinner. Everyone is super friendly and have helped us decide on new dishes to try everytime. If you like spicy they have a sauce called vindaloo, loaded with flavor and heat. My favorite is chili chicken which was reccomended by a server. Always get the garlic naan! The portions are huge i always have 2 sometimes 3 meals out of it.

Best Indian food I’ve eaten in a long time. I wish I would’ve have made it here sooner.

Good place for Indian food

Very tasty and pretty local Indian restaurant in Springfield.
Each table has nice simple glassware with vases, burgundy cloth napkins and silverware. It's a simple setup yet it somehow makes the restaurant feel very elegant.
There is good variety in the menu. I went for the classic Butter chicken with Naan. And it was amazing. Some of the best butter chicken I've tried! I got the mild spice because I'm unfortunately bad with spice and it thankfully was not unbearably spicy and it actually added quite a bit of flavor. One of the workers proudly shared that her husband was the cook of the butter chicken. Makes me think that perhaps the restaurant may be family owned. But I'm unsure.
Regardless, I will definitely be coming back to try other menu items.

We ordered Paneer wrap, Paneer Tikka masala, Garlic naan and tandoori naan.

Food tasted amazing. Quantity was good. Price was reasonable for Indian dinner. This is our first time eating out in this restaurant. I am glad I believed in the positive reviews. We will definitely visit again.

There were many orders ahead of ours and so it took about 45 minutes. It was worth the wait.

I stood in the middle of the restaurant and colorfully demanded a refund from these clowns who had the audacity to blame me for their poor communication and standards.

The cashier tried to tell me they only give refunds on gift cards? HAHAHAHAHAHA…think again.

Get a grip and learn how to communicate with your paying and otherwise gracious customers.

Love this place. Really went downhill after 2020 tho. Went in for lunch at 2:05 and they wouldn’t serve us because they were “closed”
Food is good if you can catch them when they want to serve it.
