We've lived in Springfield for over 8years and honestly we have tried so many new food trucks, specially Mexican food. I can say that this place is AMAZING. You can taste the authenticity in their food. It brings me back to my childhood! 100/10 would recommend. This is lowkey the 3rd day in a row that we have eaten here! Love it! We have tried their Mole, flautas, tacos and torta Cubana. Everything has been so dilicious. If you are looking for actual mexican flavors I cant recommend this place enough ! Amazing again!

Just had a religious experience with these tacos. Best tacos I've had in town, and some of the best tacos I've ever had. The chicken is so juicy, the beef is so tender, the barbacoa melts in your mouth, and the buche is so flavorful. The salsa verde is also heavenly. Taqueria Mary is in a little white trailer in an old parking lot and I'd trust them with my life.

My husband had a decent experience with the green pork Chile burrito the other day so we decided to grab breakfast burritos this morning. I ordered the egg and sausage (which comes with potato and cheese). We got home to eat and found that my burrito was FULL of sliced uncooked hot dogs. Not sausage. Actual hot dogs. My husband called to inquire and their response was "that's just how we do it". Be advised. Sausage apparently means hot dog. Gross. Won't be eating here again. Inedible. Fed it to my dogs.

So fire!!!!!! I got the horchata and the green chili pork burrito. The burrito was full of flavor and the size of my forearm. I will definitely be back. It's right down the road from where I live so I'm going to come back for breakfast and get some chorizo and eggs!

Unfortunately to keep overhead down this particular location stays in this small trailer. It can not support the demand effectively. Food is great but when I’m told it will be 50 minutes for one burrito it makes me question
I had one of their steak burritos today it was really good but was missing guacamole and sour cream on it. But that's just me, that's just how I like my burritos
