Friendly staff and delicious drinks. The interior was very bright, clean, and cheerful. I was on a short lunch break so couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere but it looked like the perfect place to hang out with some friends while enjoying a yummy drink.

Super cute place with yummy and unique drinks! Lots more options than the other local boba places, and they have food too! The drinks are expensive, because they come in reusable cups. They don't currently offer a refill discount, but I suggested they do that in the future.

Stopped by Teaology for the first time today on a whim and we loved it!!! Ordered the Mango Matcha Latte, Ube Matcha Latte, and a Classic Bubble Waffle. None of them missed. They were all so good! The staff was super nice and the decor is fun. Just a cool place to hang out and enjoy a snack or drink. We will be back for sure!Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere and great menu options for both kids and adults! The ladies working today were super sweet to my toddler too. Made us all feel so welcome!

The place looks great, but customer service was horrible. A long wait time for two drinks that were wrong. I ordered a smoothie and it was filled to the brim with no lid. Alright boba with mediocre customer

I really want to like this place but the employee’s energy here every time we’ve ordered is next to none and look like they’re miserable. Ordered our boba at 4:00pm and said they were making the black boba which shouldn’t take long and it is now 4:32 and we are still sitting here waiting for our drinks. I understand things take time to make but if it’s going to take more than 30 minutes to make something when it “shouldn’t take too long” then be honest about it.

My daughter and I placed an order of two iced coffee, one coconut cream and other brûlée cream at around 2:35. We were in second in the line, it was basically empty then people with kids starting coming in. My guess was that school just was out at around that time. At 3pm I came up to the counter using gestures as I am deaf, I told them in gesture, time?? Where’s our drinks? The woman employee wouldn’t look me in the eye so I typed on my phone explaining to her that we had 3pm meeting that we have to attend to and asked for our drinks. The lady wouldn’t take the time to read my message. She was the only worker there. People after us got their orders before we did. I finally got our drinks at 3:10pm!! Other places I went to tend to take 5 to 10 minutes, not 33 minutes!!!That’s so unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in their service and it’s not deaf-friendly there!! My coconut cream drink tasted of too much chocolate which I wasn’t too crazy about. My daughter cream brûlée iced coffee was basically cream brûlée frappe mixed in with coffee and my daughter wasn’t crazy of frapp types. She basically threw it away after few sips. The menu could use some more description in each drinks, what is added to each drinks etc. we had no idea what were in those boba drinks. I don’t think we will return and wish I got my money back.. Sigh. They need to be more prepared during the rush hour.

The waiters are always so helpful!! They have great recommendations and accommodate to the wants of the customer (like light ice or adjusted sweetness or coconut milk). I am never disappointed!!! Always a great trip to Teaology even if it’s on the other side of town and I pass 3 boba places to get there ?

I have been here quite few times in the past and have gotten great taro smoothies with black boba. Tonight was way different. There was something in the smoothie that was little chunks. They were soft with little flavour but absolutely not normal. It was kind of like a cottage cheese. I didn't drink it! Yuck!

I've been to Teaology about four or five times now. Last Saturday convinced me I should stay with the fruit teas/drinks and avoid any milk teas. I usually get a sparkling fruit drink or tea. My last drink was the Thai milk tea. I didn't stir it until I was halfway home. I almost spewed all over my car. The milk was off! It was sour and the taste was so nasty. All of it went down the drain. A waste of $7. My recommendation would be to those of you who get a milk tea or anything with milk in it, try it before you leave the establishment. You may need to ask them to remake it.
