Regular of the hotel and had a bite at Terrace Grille and Bar..A really great cheeseburger prepared as asked with fresh veg, hot and with a smile from servers Nick and Shea(shay?). Had a good cup of Peet's coffee while there Q Street. Well worth the stop.

My goodness is this place beautiful. Outdated and clearly aging but beautiful. It's so cool to look at. As long as you don't look too close. I think 40 years ago this would've been the place to come to for any fancy event. Now I say run away. The food is fine and the servers work extremely hard. They don't ever make you wait too long. We had a crud ton of people for our conference but they still stayed on top of it. But if you have a question they're gonna be annoyed. They just want to know what you want so they can get it ready. Need to know something? Test it and try out. Still the atmosphere is amazing. Until you take a closer look and see how disgusting everything is. Water damage, not cleaned well or maintained, rather noisy, and overall not worth coming to unless you're staying here at the worst hotel room I've ever been in. Plus if there's Blood-borne pathogens in the rooms, I don't want to think about what's in the drinks. But this is more front running for those who don't stay here so maybe we'll get lucky.

Giving 1 star for service because I was not greeted by server or bartender. After waiting about 15 minutes to be served I see a white family immediately get served right away. This is racist behavior. The atmosphere in the hotel is nice, but terrible service. The server would make eye contact & then continue to ignore me.

Out of bacon at 8.00am! Ordered 2 expensive breakfast sandwiches to go. Got back to room only to find the toasted sandwiches were stone cold inside! Will not return or recommend.

Note that this place is only serving breakfast to the guest of the hotel. The restaurant is still closed from the pandemic. They did claim that it may open soon again. With that said, the hotel breakfast was small, but good. They offered, scrambled eggs, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, sausages and few other things. The staff were very friendly and hard working.

Fantastic food. Inexperienced servers. Hopefully the bring back the good old days of the past and reopen the tower club.

We really enjoyed dining again at the Tower Club. We would recommend more of those events!

the bartender was absolutely wonderful! very pleasant and attentive. food and drink were excellent!

The lunch there is excellent. Best salad bar and atmosphere in town in my opinion. Had the beer battered cod today, and it was way better than I expected. Don't miss out on the shrimp bisque soup. It's superb.
