I had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! The food was delicious as always, but what really made the visit special was our server, Olivia. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She checked in at the perfect times without hovering, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right.

The atmosphere was fun, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the rolls… AMAZING, as always. 😊

Thank you, Olivia, for the fantastic service! We’ll definitely be back soon.

Have been coming here for years. Slowly but surely watched it go downhill. Steak and fries were cold had no taste. This was our second bad experience in a row. Time to move on.

We love Texas Roadhouse but we were very disappointed in our dining experience tonight! Ribs were very overcooked/burnt Mac and cheese was watery my husband’s steak was supposed to be medium came out medium well+. My MIL smothered chicken came out covered in mushrooms after asking for no mushrooms. The server brought Unsweetened tea to our table after ordering sweet my MIL said this tea isn’t sweet server replied oh ok would you like me to bring sweetener? Never mind I’ll just top you off with sweet tea, no I want what I ordered which was sweet tea not unsweetened. Service mediocre at best. For spending $150 that includes the 20% tip that was left (because I myself am a veteran server and I believe in tipping well) even when not deserved we left very disappointed.

Wait was terrible even after using call ahead seating. Lighting was poor. Did not appear to be able to support groups greater than 6. For a group of 8, there should have been more that one wait person. I've been to other TRX locations and this was by far the worst. Don't expect I'll return to this location.

Can’t understand chili is always like warm have mentioned it numerous times to servers and manager no one seems to know they look at you like why is it my problem. Usually good food this time steak was well done not med rare valeted potato was hard in middle and rolls were cold. Steak and potato were replaced but had to wait even longer. Server was about as sorry as I ever seen there. Was not a busy time guess it just wasn’t my day

Had to remind staff 6 times to bring last chair. Had to remind for appetizer after we received salads. Service was slow and we had been seated for close to an hour before dinner arrived. Some wrong items were brought and all four steaks were over cooked.

Edited: we told the server who said she would tell the manager but nobody checked on us.

I don't get by very often but when I do the food is always top notch. Today's visit was no exception. Alicia was our waitress and was very attentive to every detail.

To loud can have a conversation because the music is to loud and the whole birthday celebration is crazy and noiseyou can't enjoy a good meal here my husband did get the desire temperature on the steak and this is supposed to be a steak house. My steak was supposed to be well done but I forgot to say but not charcoal

They'll only put one drink in front of you at a time, per corporate policy, but apparently their corporate policy has nothing against the ~8yo sitting next to me at the bar for half my meal. I had multiple drinks served in disgustingly dirty glasses, but the food was decent and on par with what I'd expect from Texas Roadhouse - decent, but not great.

Wow! This place is amazing. Everything tastes wonderful… But the standout to me was the HARD WORKER I SAW! I believe his name was CJ. I spoke to the young man and he is well mannered and does his job! Would recommend.
