We were greeted at the door, our order was taken quickly and the food was delicious. At first it was a bit noisy, but then the noise level lessened and our dining experience was great. The prices are a bit high, but then if you are a "Stripes" member and use the coupons that come with that it makes the bottom line no so bad. The service was good and the employees are helpful.

South Glenstone location- Springfield. Our party arrived about 9:45pm. Waitress was a little abrupt at first because we weren't all ordering alcohol but were sitting in the bar area. Only 2 other customers in the whole place. She was somewhat push y about getting our orders. Food was good, hot and fairly prompt. After we were served she seemed to calm a bit. Overall decent experience. Maybe she was just tired. She got us to go drinks. We gave her benefit of the doubt and did tip.

We did have fairly good food but it was a long wait in between apps, entree, and even longer for dessert because our waitress put in our order wrong, and gave us the check before we got our dessert. What should have been under an hour for a quick lunch, turned into over an hour and half. Needless to say, I didn’t leave a very large tip. Waitress was very sweet but way too frazzled for only having 7-8 tables. She had forgotten to bring things customers near us asked for, and the ranch dressing I asked for also tasted like it was old so i didn’t eat it.

This woukd be a good place to put in a bar. Out of Fat Tire. Out of Guinness, so no Black and Tan... tHe Modelo was stale. Food was OK but the bar service was not good. Probably won't be back....

We were literally the only two in the place. And I got to be honest after our experience there I can see why! My food was next to impossible to eat, it was like chewing on a piece of leather from a boot. Seriously the food was pretty bad, but I'm a firm believer in tipping good so i still gave a good tip!

My first time at a tgi....I wasn't impressed . Our waitress tried very hard though. The air was very thick with the smell of burned food and the menue was pretty limited. Also they had ran OUT of Dr. Pepper. the food was adequate, with the exception of the onion rings which were the best ever. I found the prices to be just above average but not outrageous.

Went in for a couple of appetizers. The chicken was undercooked, but our waitress went above and beyond to make it up. I didn't even ask her too. I just wanted her to know for the cooks. It was an amazing experience.

Well everything was fine at first. The sweet tea we first got was not sweet at all so she brought us fresh and it was good. She took our order turned it in well apparently she can’t remember things and turned in the wrong order for me. Isn’t that why they have order pads, to write it down??? My husband sat eating his food while I sat typing this and waiting for mine. I just don’t understand why they don’t write it down. And I will tell u this I better not get charged full price if anything for this inconvenience. And my husband got more fries than salmon for his meal. That’s a little ridiculous for $17.00.
