First we waited at the door for anyone to greet us nbd. We were then seated by one person who was spoken to by 2 other waitresses giggling about something nbd. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before anyone came over to ask us for a drink order. At the time there were at least three servers and maybe 5 tables so this seemed a bit off but hey the struggles of short staffing are real. The food: the gravy tasted like powder gravy which for the price is ridiculous. (The price you need a magnifying glass to see). My husband's titanic omelet was delicious and had tons of flavor. The bonut was okay. Do NOT get the dollar store iced coffee for that price go to Starbucks.

Honestly pretty darn good! Wait time was reasonable on a Saturday at 10am, serving staff was great and food was out in a great amount of time and rather good. A little bummed that the biscuits were dry with it being their namesake, but everything else was bomb!Parking: In front of the restaurant there is a Wendy's and a few driving lanes through the parking lot that are weird, so we had to park at the back of the lot due to the crowd.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with crayons and about 5 breakfast and 2-3 lunch options. My picky eater didn't have an issue finding something to eat.

We enjoy the food always here, but today, we had the BEST service from JP. Very nice young man with a great attitude. Excellent customer service from him! I truly hope to see this young man do great things because his skill, is sadly a dying art.

Food is a little over priced but it's fresh and hard to find
There are 2 in Springfield MO and both are excellent! Staff are friendly and always helpful with suggestions. Pancakes are as big as the plate and the biscuits are as big as the saucer and soooo good! Haven't had anything that I did not like. Highly recommend!

Big thick course black hair in my food on my Sunnyside up eggs waffle, Krispy on top, wet and soggy on the bottom. Yesterday's grits, dry film on the top of the bowl of grits and then underneath big chunks in the small bowl of grits I asked for replacements and it did not get any better. The waitress slammed the plate down and stormed off into the kitchen. I never blame the waitress for what the kitchen does but at the same token you still pay for service, and we tip you not for what the kitchen does before the way you handle things and your attitude, customer service is lost these days

I didn't take a photo of our order.. I got 2 biscuits and gravy with hash browns it was absolutely wonderful. I'm told their chicken is the best. I'm looking forward to trying it on our next

The great reviews that led us to eat here were well deserved. We were immediately seated and our drink order taken. Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to choose from. The food came out and all of our dishes looked and tasted amazing. This will always be a stop in place anytime I see one.
