First, I want to say that overall, I am typically a fan of this place, and I don't like to resort to going on the internet to voice my issues. Nevertheless, I had ordered one of their Caesar salads for pickup, and upon getting it home, we realized that the lettuce was far from desirable. The Big Slice serves the best NY style pizza in Springfield! Their crust is crispy on the edges, but soft inside and perfectly foldable. Everyone is really friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Service is super quick even when they're busy. I go during work all the time but keep wanting to bring my kids because they would love it too. I don't go anywhere else for pizza after I discovered The Big Slice. Their prices are great too.
