The Coffee Ethic

Went to this place a little while ago and had SUCH a great experience. Friendly staff, great specialty coffee, and I think I had 3 breakfast sandwiches within a 24 hour period. Loved it!

This downtown coffee shop is a real gem! It offers a fantastic selection of coffee and tea, and the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The best place to have coffee with a friend!

This is going to be my go-to coffee shop when I am in Springfield. I ordered the Ethiopian pour over which was really good and the Citrus & Fig Aerocano from the fall menu which was one of the best specialty drinks I've had in a long time. It was super velvety and such a great pairing of flavors! There is plenty of space and the baristas are kind and knowledgeable. I didn't try any of the food but it all looks great!

The Coffee Ethic has great breakfast sandwiches and coffee too. I came for the coffee and noticed that had breakfast, so I tried one and it was tasty. I got the vanilla latte, it was hot and tasted great. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

I don’t use this word often, but this place was absolutely Stellar!

The food was far better than expected even for a really good coffee shop. It was crafted with care, and ingredients were fresh and it was very tasty.

Coffee was excellent! Atmosphere and seating also excellent!

I travel all over the country and I like my fancy coffee shops with good food. This is one of the best coffee shops I have been to period.

My husband and I were on a trip back to Springfield in June for a meeting and stopped at The Coffee Ethnic as we were in walking distance of our hotel. Along with our coffee, I got the most wonderful double chocolate chip brownie bar. He also enjoyed his pastry. The staff were very nice and friendly. I do think that this location was once a women's bridal shop where I got my wedding gown, and the others' dresses in 1968. Special memories on the square.

I guess the vibe was good. Matcha tastes like fish. NOT IN A GOOD WAY. Got to witness a fight outside though (hence the three stars).

this is our favorite coffee shop whenever we visit Springfield. I love the atmosphere, the coffee is great and the sweet potato and pecan muffin is delicious. I can’t get enough. 10/10

This coffee shop serves proper coffee. Macchiato, excuse the spelling. Avocado toast and vegetable quiche. Nice way to start your day. The staff here were very helpful. If you're in Springfield and need a pick me up stopping here will help.
