So don't Go through these guy's on DoorDash. It took them over an Hour to Make one salad. And Two Door Dashers later, I was just told the night staff especially seemed incompetent at handling Tasks.
I should of stuck with Olive Garden.

Great little hotel bar with a good restaurant. Never stayed here because we live down the street, but we walk here about once a month to grab dinner and a drink. Great service! Kasside is a fantastic bartender! We tend to be food snobs, but for a hotel restaurant the food is really good!!

Ordered on Door Dash. Definitely should have paid attention to the reviews before I ordered. The prices compared to what you actually get aren’t worth it. I also PAID for extra garlic butter and didn’t get it and the food was bland so they didn’t add it to the food 🙄🙄 What a disappointment!! The side of zucchini comes with maybe 7 slices of zucchini, and I ordered the shrimp kabobs bowl and the container was maybe 1/4 full. Won’t be going back.?

Ordered thru doordash. The amount we paid for each meal opposed to the lack of food in our dish is insane. The first time we ordered it was fabulous. This time no. I will not order again and pay the price to have a half of a meal.

Amanda and Amber our servers were very courteous and friendly. Chef Zach is the best, he customized my dish, Chicken Piccata considering my food allergy and it was to die for. Probably the best I have eaten so far. Thanks Chef for the extra effort and attention to detail .

PSA Do not use gift certificates here!!!! They have no idea and do not want to honor it. I won a gift certificate from a raffle. It was presented as a breakfast buffet or dinner. I presented. I was question regarding the validity of, then the host let the server know we were here and she did the same thing. Come to find out it isn't a breakfast buffet. Even as says on the website, including hot food. Turns out it is is yogurt, cereal and muffins...oh and oatmeal. Seriously!! The need to check the website and their gift certificates.

Rooms are dated and my AC didn’t work. I called down and they told me there were no other rooms available and the tech had left for the night. I travel for business and am diamond member, but literally means nothing. I’m about done with Hilton

This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend to someone and stay again myself. Easy to find and easy to get where you need to go. The staff was extremely kind welcoming and friendly.

Nice, comfortable beds. We invaded the lobby and bar area before and after a wedding. Peg was so friendly and accommodating. She tried to dim the lighting as best as she could, put on the football game we liked, and let us play music! Too hot to take advantage of the outside area - darn. Would stay again. Bring a nightlight if you do to avoid bring bathroom lighting during night.

It's fine. The waitress in am does not seem to care at all. Someone in am should have a bit of positive energy to improve experience. Multiple people said same.

Was I Springfield for business. My reservation online booked for the wrong dates but the Hilton was able to correct at not expense to my company. My experience was comfortable, friendly, good food, what else do you need.

Excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The railing to enter the pool was a little loose. I reported it and it was fixed immediately!! Great service and a wonderful setup for snacks and meals.

Basic Hilton Garden Inn but what really stands out is service - friendly staff and super helfpul. The hotel was quiet, the rooms comfortable, the pool clean, and parks are close by if you want to take a walk in the evening.
