I have recently been diagnosed with Alpha gal syndrome. I spoke to three different employees as I went through the line and they all knew what I was talking about and they helped me pick out food it wouldn't make me sick. Even though they were young they had a lot of knowledge so somebody is definitely paying attention. I had a delicious spicy grilled chicken sandwich with their chips which are not fried and the same oil they fry any beef in at all. Everything was delicious...
Been here twice. Had a sandwich and burger and both were really good and filling. Ingredients seem fresh and service is fast. If you’re looking for a quick lunch option then this is a great choice.
First time going to the Grotto and was not disappointed. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tacos, and appetizers. When you walk in the menu board is on the left, you look over it, and then order and pay at the register. The only negative that I have is that they try to pressure you into providing a tip immediately by having the tip screen pop up before you can pay.
