Been here twice. Had a sandwich and burger and both were really good and filling. Ingredients seem fresh and service is fast. If you’re looking for a quick lunch option then this is a great choice.
First time going to the Grotto and was not disappointed. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tacos, and appetizers. When you walk in the menu board is on the left, you look over it, and then order and pay at the register. The only negative that I have is that they try to pressure you into providing a tip immediately by having the tip screen pop up before you can pay. The only service they provide is bringing you your order. You get your own drinks, silverware, condiments,...
The food is great!! Workers are usually very friendly. I love this place. The atmosphere is nice. Food is affordable too.
