Poor social media management. Imagine driving 30 mins just to get a food and seeing the place closed. Cmon guys you can do better
Food is awful. That said when you notice employees eating with the same gloves on they use to make your own food in the open kitchen touching their mouths and not changing gloves then hand you your food and it looks awful. I simply threw it away and walked out. I'll never go back. The kitchen at the time looked dirty, and I never seen any handwashing after another employee touched the garbage can with gloves on and never changed them either prior to making food. Gross!
I've visited 3 times prior and was never blown away by quality it was on par with fast food, but now I'm totally not into returning.
Oddly, while about to give this review I seen the Health Department inspection report online...yup not planning to ever visit here again.

We stoped by on our way to St Louis MO, really Yummy and delicious Loaded and Traditional Shawarmas! Kids love it. Best part that we like is Halal.
Would suggest: “they have to greet the customers with smiling face and improve food services”

I’ve tried eating her twice assuming that the first time was just an accident. Not the case. The first time I was charged for a meat combination and only given chicken. I also paid for a Dessert and never got it. Second time I ordered the chicken kebab was tiny and it looks like it belong to a child’s order, but I paid for an adult order. Half the fries were cold and the pita was stale. Save your money and go somewhere else

It was really bad . They were out of multiple protein items at 1:00 pm . No Gyro meat or salmon . The rice was so over cooked it was inedible. There was only one employee taking the orders , cooking the food and serving it . He was literally the only employee we saw in the 45 minutes we were there . The back section of the Restaurant floor near the restrooms was flooded and the water was still standing . It was definitely not worth the time or money

First off, $32 for two wraps is a bit much. I ordered the Schwarma burrito and the kebab wrap and my total was $32 plus a tip.
While standing there for 30 mins waiting for my food, I had full view of the kitchen which was not the cleanest. The food I received was mediocre at best. The chicken in my kebab wrap was dry and flavorless. The best part of that wrap was the pickles on it. The schwarma burrito was also pretty bland with dry flavorless meat and dried out rice. Paying that much for food, waiting 30 mins for it, and then only took a couple of bites of and tossed was pretty disappointing. I won’t be back

First time in my life writing a review, but never experienced something like this!! We found this place and were so excited to find local shawarma, and we were especially excited for the crepes. We came at about 6pm on a Sunday, they were open till 9pm- they were out of ALL the desserts, except the ice cream. I ordered 1 chicken shawarma with a side of fries, a drink, and the only dessert was a baklava ice cream. When they brought out the shawarma I immediately pointed out that the fries are missing, they went to check my order, and I also came up to tell them I was missing my drink cup, they gave me the cup and continued looking at my order and trying to tell me that I could not have ordered a side of fries, and I repeated that I selected a side of fries, only to later tell me that they are OUT OF FRIES!!! And they also added that they refunded the ice cream because they were actually out of baklava ASWELL!! So I went to fill up my drink cup, tried the cream soda, it poured straight water, tried the next, one same thing, finally the dr.pepper looked like Dr Pepper, but after a sip I realized it was only about 30% dr.pepper mixed with water, the shawarma was not anything I would come back for either, but wouldn’t say it’s terrible. I hate to write a bad review especially for small businesses, but my experience was so bad, and not once did I hear an apology although I was very nice about it all. Absolutely no customer service!!! Very sad that this did not end up being a we will return to, but the exact opposite. Gently hope they will see some of these reviews and make some changes!!

The food was wonderful but when we went in at 12:00 pm there was no Hummus or Baba Ganoosh. There was no dessert. There were no napkins or utensils out. The cups were not stocked next to the register and part of our group were told that they didn't have any more cups, later to find out that they were just in the back and hadn't been stocked. There was no Pepsi Zero and the other sodas seemed to be watered down. The plumber was there for one of the bathrooms and the floor was still flooded when he left. After they heard us talking about a Mediterranean restaurant not having Hummus, one of the girls came over and said that she had just made some and brought us all some free. They people were all very nice but they probably need some management.

Wow! Don't waste your money. Saturday afternoon and out of absolutely everthing. Even the soda machine dispensed water from several sodas. Ordered the plater combo and felt like I got the meet scraping of what was left of the beef. Out of side salad but didn't tell me and charged full price. Just awful Go to Crave for good Mediterranean food.

This is the third time I’ve come here and right away I realized this wasn’t going to be as good as it first was. Each time I’ve been it’s a different checkout system. First was order at the end of the counter and then pay at the opposite end. Second time, was order here, pay here. This third time was a kiosk I barely noticed at hip level.
When we first walked in the only guy working walked up and said they only had chicken and then disappeared. That’s fine, I can only have chicken but it doesn’t bode well when they tell you that.
When the employee never came back we noticed the kiosk screen. When done ordering we had to reach behind the counter to get our receipt and drink cups.
They didn’t have any silverware or napkins at the drink station, turns out that when you get your food they now give you a plastic silverware packet with a napkin which seems kinda institutionalized and unwelcoming.
The food was still okay. It wasn’t as good as it was or could have been. We most likely will not be returning which is sad. I really liked this place.

Unfortunately, it finally happened to me. I loved this place. Didn't understand the reviews popping up recently about how it's going downhill.
My food tonight was terrible. The chicken was shredded and not seasoned well at all. Usually, the wraps are full and have the crunch of the pickles. Tonight, there were barely pickles, and they were thinly sliced. The wrap was flat and mushy with dry shredded chicken inside.
I'm giving 3 stars as more of an average overtime concept. I'm not sure I can risk going back after spending $50 on the disaster that was our food this evening.
Food delicious I’ve never experienced this kind of unique taste. The customer service was top-tier. Especially The cashier Sydney welcomed me and helped me understand the menu
