I thought the taste of sauce lacked seasoning. The crust was good though.

We had the place to ourselves right before dinner on a Sunday night. Our server was attentive & polite. Our food was wonderful! Restaurant & restrooms were clean! Definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I stoped here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t busy at all. The restaurant only had two waitresses working. One in each side. We first sat at a table that was very wobbly. We moved to the pub side which was better. These tables are bigger than they need to be.For as slow as it was I was also surprised how slow service was. My husband ordered a 9 inch pizza and they didn’t make it right. It took forever to get it in the first place so we didn’t want to wait longer for them to make another one. He didn’t like it at all. He said it is the worst pizza he ever had. The total cost for two was just over $40 and was not worth it at all. My food was good. I can’t say anything negative about it.Over all the staff could have been more attentive. Some of the food could have been way better. I will say the music wasn’t loud and the tvs were not turned up which is preferred. Probably won’t come back though. Disappointed.Vegetarian options: Also has vegan options but costs more.

Will not be back. We waited over 2 hours for our food for 6 people. Only to have the food come out and missing 2 peoples food. That took another 30 minutes to come out. Everytime we asked about the food they would say it's coming right out the oven for them to come back around 30 minutes later and say thr same thing. The tops were burnt and the crust wasn't all the way done. We weren't the only ones either. Not sight of an owner or manager either.

The Pitch says they are a "pub" pizzeria, which is why I chose The Pitch for dinner last Friday. I also went for pizza because KY3 News had announced on Instagram that it was National PIZZA Day, which surprised me.I had seen on their social media that The Pitch's Happy Hour not only included discounts on alcoholic drinks, but also appetizers. But those announcements were from the early 2020s, and when I asked my waitress if they still offered discounted appetizers, she said they did not.Yet I did order an appetizer of tortilla chips with buffalo chicken dip. It sounded a great alternative to proper "pub grub," such as the complimentary buckets of potato chips and French fries that the Irish pub restaurant Dublin's Pass used to serve in the 2010s, but sadly not anymore. With my tortilla chips and dip, I enjoyed their Mediterranean pizza. I really liked them both.

Nony Mouse

Sorry to say this dining experience was awful in every way. The service was non-existent, the waitress was so timid she could hardly greet us and pretty much said nothing to us from the time we arrived until the time we left. Had to flag her down for water - this was the only interaction except for when she brought the food and bill, which may not sound that crazy until you understand that we were there for nearly two hours waiting on one appetizer (12 wings) and one 12" pizza. This was during a Saturday afternoon and they were not busy. My wife and I love wings, we eat them all the time. The wings at this place are hands down some of the worst wings I have ever had in my entire life. We ordered plain buffalo sauce, and they claim that these wings are smoked which is laughable. There was not even a hint of smoke in these wings, which we ordered extra crispy. They were flavorless, tasted freezer burnt, and I was shocked at how flavorless the actual chicken and the sauce were. Truly hard to comprehend. My eyes were seeing sauce, but I was tasting a rubbery, unsauced wing - like a Twilight Zone of sorts. The pizza would have been okay if it had come with the toppings it was supposed to have. We ordered the Scrum pizza from the menu and it arrived after about an hour and 20 minutes with no sausage. At this point, we were so ready to get out that we chose not to even mention this and just asked for our check and left. Saying we were disappointed would be the understatement of the century and it was clear that other patrons (who I assume were first time visitors) were as displeased as we were. We saw other plates and bowls of untouched food on vacated tables and heard mumbles from another couple that walked in at the same time as we did about the poor food and service. Please take your business elsewhere and don't put yourself through the frustration and disappointment that we endured.

As someone who has traveled a decent chunk of the eastern half of the United States and has a short list of restaurants of "places I'd take a trip to just for the food," I'm happy to say The Pitch is on that list. Their wings are as good as - if not better than - one's you'll get in Buffalo, their pizza is on par with the best shops in NYC, their produce for the salads are all fresh, their well liquor is name-brand (shout out to Buffalo Trace Bourbon), and their wait staff are very friendly. I ended up eating there three times in the week I spent in Springfield, and whether I was eating there alone, with two friends or with the whole family, the service and the quality were consistently good. I look forward to my next visit in the spring!

Oh man, this place really could have been great but it feels like they kind of stopped at 80% ready. It seems like the bar is set up to be great but the lights are up like I'm sitting at Chuck-E-Cheese or CiCi's. Kick the lights down to 50% and act like an adult establishment where I might want to bring my wife and have a few rounds. Food wasn't terrible except for the sweet and spicy pizza. That was terrible. It's so hot. I couldn't finish it, really no balance at all. I'll leave anything but I had to stop halfway through this pizza. Went back to it a couple of times. Tried to convince myself I can make it work and it really just wasn't right.

Where to start.. The food was very lack luster, the only thing good that we ordered was the buffalo dip, the chips that came with it were not edible, they tasted like over cooked tortillas that needed fried longer they were so chewy that I couldn't bite through them, I would of preferred store bought! The cheesy garlic bread was alright lacked some garlic flavor. The pizza was ok, but the pineapple on it felt like it was take from the core that should of been thrown away. The service was ok they wasn't very attentive to use and we sat there waiting a few times . The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because we had an issue with water and they didn't charge us for our regular drinks. We won't be back.

This was a very disappointing experience. We ordered chips and dip first. The chips arrived outrageously stale. The waitress had to replace chips at multiple tables. Then, my pizza was completely burnt. Top and bottom. The poor waitress had too many tables, which made the service completely awful. We kept having to chase down help to pay our bill, etc.I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were unavailable and had left for the night. This was despite the fact that it was not even 7:00 yet.Absolutely would not recommend. Go anywhere else.

Not much for negative reviews but the food here was really disappointingly bad. Service was pretty good (but empty at the time) which redeems it to two stars. I bet if you just get beer it's alright.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER ANY PASTA THERE. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and almost puked, almost choked on a long strand of cheese and had to literally pull it out of my throat and the chicken tasted like one of those preservative canned chicken chunks you can get off the shelf at a store. The people were nice and everything, just be careful what you order
