Service was great! Kas was very friendly and attentive. We went during November which is very quiet and quaint. The food was really good and so were the cocktails. I can't say what it's like when it is busy, but overall we had a great time and plan on going back.

5 stars would recommend!

Our experience at the Rock was overall a good one.
The food was good, the atmosphere inside the building was a little bit on the noisy side. Since they had almost a full house. We decided to move from inside to the outside just because of the noise level.
Our service was good, some minor missteps of not making sure we had utensils. But that can be overlooked being as busy as they were; plus being asked to be moved.
It did take longer than usual to receive our food. Other families came in behind us and got served before us. Which made us question their efficiency.

I'm a picky eater so there wasn't much that I cared to eat in their menu honestly and for the price would probably choose somewhere different myself.
Friend has steak medallions they looked amazing but 2 with side was$26...
We had a 3 slider mix which made us both sick over night not much flavor.
Fry's are AMAZING honestly.
Coconut shrimp was a hot for someone else in our party and I can't remember the others.
PLEASE give it a try, it's an ADORABLE PLACE!!
Seating outside and inside it was October when we visited.
I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I ordered the Kung Pao pasta and it was delicious! The heat sneaks up on you but it isn't a hot burn your mouth heat. It was sooooo good and I would definitely recommend!

How is this place not the busiest restaurant in Springfield? There has consistently been a lot of exciting choices on both the regular menu and the seasonal menu. I have a hard time choosing what to have, because it all look so delicious. The impressive bloody mary and black berry smash are my go to drinks depending if I am feeling salty or sweet.

At first our service was great. Yeah, we did join a party of two friends and it did turn into a 7 top before we were done and it was PACKED. But, there was hardly any pre-bussing happening at any of the tables around us-including ours. And the flies were BAD. Our server spent a lot of time standing outside the kitchen door, answering the phone, and running food instead of checking on our table. Seems like on extra busy nights they need an extra food runner and someone to bus tables. There was a 30 minute wait and one of the tables up front that could have seated 8 people was covered in what looked like employee junk….weird. This is a neighborhood bar for us and the happy hour is fantastic as well as the food, and the service for the most part. Just needs a little tweaking.

Was taken to eat here on 9/11 evening and it was great. We had a party of 12 and was still seated and served quickly. The spinach dip was good. I ordered a personal Pan pizza called the meat and it was great.
